I stopped in for a few drinks at the bar and had a great time. Nice and clean and reasonably priced.

Hive 435 is more than a bar, it has amazing food. I was impressed with their pretzels and artisan pizzas. Their smoked old fashion is to die for and is made with real honey, no simple syrups. Staff was very friendly.

I was traveling through from Tennessee visiting Zion. After hiking I was craving something light but delicious and randomly came across this place when heading back to my Air BNB in St George. The atmosphere, staff, and food are just amazing. Great presentation, live music - fun way to end the night, and friendly staff. They totally let me customize my salad to be exactly the way I wanted it and it was crazy good! I also had a sweet and spicy margarita and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. Definitely recommend this place to all (21+ only) when visiting Saint George. You won’t regret it!

Tuesday night, we waited over 15 minutes and left with out any service while the 3 waitresses hung out by the bar and talked.

We have been loyal customers of this place since they opened several years ago. Last night my girlfriend and I had met up with family and several friends of theirs. One of the friends had brought in an outside drink which I’m totally aware is illegal. Our entire table was kicked out due to this. He even took responsibility for his behavior and explained that it was all his fault and that he would leave immediately and to not blame the rest of the group. But the manager refused and would not let us order any more drinks. I believe she was upset that she had a previous casual dating relationship with this man and he had rejected her so she was jealous that he was there with other women and we all had to leave. She claims that she’s been the manager there since the business was established. I can understand that there are laws in Utah that restrict outside drinks in an establishment that serves alcohol. But I don’t feel like the manager is good with customer service if she makes a decision to kick an entire group of paying customers out due to the actions of one individual.

Worst manager and service I have ever experienced. With a party of 4 we came in and bought several expensive drinks. It was packed and we patiently waited 20 minutes to even have the waitress see us to take our order. Later on, a friend of a friend sat down at our table and had brought his own outside drink and poured it into an empty glass at our table. He was not with us, I did not know him. He sat down at our table to talk. He placed the drink at our table. We did not want to be associated with this behavior, so when he walked away, I emptied the tiny bit left into an empty shot glass (which we did not drink) and removed the can from off our table. The manager came over, and she apparently had been dating this man, gave him a hug and talked with him. Not once did she address his behavior. She must have been turned down by him in the past, because a few moments later, she decided to have my entire party kicked out in a very rude way, making a scene. When we asked why, she said it was because we had the can from outside. A can we did not bring. When the man came and admitted it was his, had nothing to do with us and offered to leave himself, they still made my entire table leave. When we left, my boyfriend tried to talk to the manger, he did not even know what was happening other than them telling us to leave. Sadly, she kept just telling us to leave refusing to explain what had happened other than saying we had a can. (Which makes me realize this had nothing to do with us, it was her ego seeing 5 beautiful women sit around the guy who had rejected her). We paid our bill, even tipped the waitress, did not make a big scene) we mentioned to the manager that it was fine and we did not need to give them any more of our money, we would go somewhere else. This women was so awful, When we got to the new establishment, we were not allowed to enter. She had called all the other locations that served drinks, and told them all not to allow us to come in.I understand if someone is rowdy, disruptive, and dishonest. We were NONE of these things. We were polite, paying and repeat customers. The manager had earlier, before we were asked to leave, taken the incorrect drink off the table (without talking to any of us), asked for the can, which we happily gave. They then told us to leave, not explaining anything. We had to ask. The manager did nothing to explain the rules, educate and assist us. Poor form.I find it very sad that a manager of an establishment would let her personal ego destroy business. She lost good upstanding customers today, which if you look at the “can” she accused us for, it was worth pennies compared to all we have paid and would have paid in the future.I hope the owner knows what terrible management they have. They do not treat people like people, but only as a dollar signs.
