Tastes amazing and the staff is always super nice!!
The flavoring didn't go all the way to the bottom. And the ice cream was a hard block at the bottom instead of creamy.
The smell was horrible could not enjoy the shaved ice.

While my other experiences at this shaved ice stand were fantastic, my last visit was the worst I have experienced for these reasons: the owner was running the stand at this time and he made us wait for about 15 minutes just to take our order, but there was no one in line; the portions were greatly decreased and not worth the price; not nearly enough flavor; the ice was chunky and not very thin, as shaved ice is supposed to be; the tables were all very dirty and sticky, and the owner did not bother to clean up; and he decided to smoke right next to us as we were eating our shaved ice. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming again if the same person is running the stand.

The small is GIANT! So definitely worth your money. Delicious!
there’s only one unenthusiastic employee both times I have went this summer and they are out of 3/4ths of all of the flavors. We also asked her what time they closed and she said 9:30- so we told our family to come. Then she closed at 9:15 as soon as the others pulled in. Then took the trashes in before we finished- also before 9:30
Kids were hot and went wild for this shaved ice. Huge portions. Great flavor selection. There is a semi covered area in the Moab food truck park with cooling mist surrounding. Very refreshing stop.

We went on Friday, May 26th around 2pm. There were several people there and only one person running the shop. However, they were absolutely FAST and FANTASTIC!!! Best service I've ever received at a Hokulia. We didn't take any pictures because we are them too fast! I absolutely recommend!!
