Good shaved ice place. It's a bit more expensive than I would have liked though. My wife and I got the $2 ice cream add on and it was as pictured. Maybe 4oz, definitely not worth it for that.
Best shaved ice in town
I wish Hokulia Shaved Ice would establish a year-round indoor location. I miss their presence in the Washington Fields area deeply.

The flavoring didn't go all the way to the bottom. And the ice cream was a hard block at the bottom instead of creamy.
The smell was horrible could not enjoy the shaved ice.

While my other experiences at this shaved ice stand were fantastic, my last visit was the worst I have experienced for these reasons: the owner was running the stand at this time and he made us wait for about 15 minutes just to take our order, but there was no one in line; the portions were greatly decreased and not worth the price; not nearly enough flavor; the ice was chunky and not very thin, as shaved ice is supposed to be; the tables were all very dirty and sticky, and the owner did not bother to clean up; and he decided to smoke right next to us as we were eating our shaved ice. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming again if the same person is running the stand.

The small is GIANT! So definitely worth your money. Delicious!
