The price is right and the portions are large, but not flavorful-- mostly a lot of salt and sugar. Chicken curry had a few pieces of carrot; I was hoping for some more significant vegetables in there. Cucumber salad was too sweet, like a dessert. Meals are picked up at the counter, in disposable styrofoam containers, for carrying to your table. The restaurant was very busy and loud when we visited. Long line of people waiting to order standing next to where we were eating, which was awkward. Off-street parking is available right behind the building but as a visitor to the area I felt the entrance wasn't obvious, and I took a wrong turn trying to access it.

I feel like they never give me enough kalbi. Last time I ordered, they gave me barely 2 pieces that were most fat and bone. Please be considerate for your customers who needs meat, not fat and bone.

So apparently now you have to first pay over the phone, to pick up your order through the window pick up...(which I was fine) but I asked sauce with my rice and there was hardly any sauce on it. Makes me think that they didn't put much because I didn't tip ? ? Since when has it been an option to tip on fast food orders ? Prob last time I ever buy food here, also afraid they might save my card info over the phone.

This is a fantastic flavorful delight to find in such an unexpected place. I've had Hawaiian BBQ before, but this was fall apart chicken & ribs, with the brown rice was puffy and delicious. The portions were 3 times the size I expected for the price I paid. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend the stop. This is probably tied for the top 2 BBQ places I've ever had & most of them are on my history here. Really just depends on the meat you're looking for.
