They are wonderful and we love going there. They work with my allergies and very accommodating. Every one has been so kind. Our last waitress was so attentive and she was the only one there and had 6- 8 tables and was on point. We didn't even have to ask for anything as she already anticipated and was amazing.I love this restaurant and we will definitely enjoy going back as we have been there several times.Vegetarian options: It's a buffet style grillDietary restrictions: They clean the grill and block off one area specifically for each individual allergy plate that comes up so as to not touchParking: It's In a strip mall with other stores so lots of parkingKid-friendliness: It's a great family experience and have kid prices for different age ranges.

Was very messy everywhere and the food especially the meat tasted freezer burned which spread to the other food making very gross. I was impressed when I tried a different hu hot restaurant at a different location but very unimpressed with this location as it didn't taste as good and the freezer burned meat definitely made everything taste worse along with an unclean feeling. May have ruined me for ever going to any location again. Will definitely not go to this location again

Ignore my previous review. This place used to be my favorite in all of St. George, I’m not sure what happened to it but the food and vibe isn’t what it used to be. The beef was freezer burnt and I’m not sure if that’s what made me throw up everywhere but I know it was the food here.

The ability to select exactly what you want in your bowl and sauces makes this very enjoyable.

Visited 10-29-2023. Firstly, I want to say the people were friendly. Secondly, they have had their liquor license revoked. I have never been to a mongolian buffet where the meat was frozen, and that may have been the issue. It may have not been left on the grill long enough, because 8 hours later, I was suffering from food poisoning.

The restaurant was FILTHY everywhere. Floors, tables, utensils, plates, food area, the bathrooms were disgusting as well.Food was under cooked each time we gave the cooks the food to cook.Server was adamant we get seated in his area so he can get tipped, even though I’m 37 weeks pregnant and told them I could not sit in a booth- still sat us at booth. For the price- not worth it.The only good thing was the Seagrams Ginger ale.

Hu Hot is great if you are hungry and love Mongolian BBQ. We were a larger group of Construction workers and came for lunch and we were not hungry when we left. The staff was friendly and attentive to the amount of plates we went through. Great place to go for Mongolian and if you are hungry!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Heck, if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. But it is a reflection of the MANAGER ONLY. The restaurant itself is fine. The waiter was great. Cooks were in good moods and cheerful, despite the difficult occupation. Lincoln, the guy running the line, was amazing. The manager? He was an asshole. We have two family members with celiacs disease (if you don't understand the severity of that disease, look it up). The manager was running the front, seating people. He was no a nice person to have greet you. We asked him if they were gluten free safe and he wouldn't explain anything, other than that they "used to have a process but [they] don't do that anymore." He looked straight at one of the celiac members (who was asking the questions) and said, "we've never had a problem. You'll be fine, I GUARANTEE it." The waiter explained more of the process to us. The cooks did an excellent job of carefully scraping down the grill and separating everything so nothing was cross contaminated. When our family members went through the line, there was no way to get anything from the line without cross contamination. So the waiter told us to ask the guy over the line to grab stuff from the back (Lincoln). He said to just tell him what they wanted and he would go put it together in the back. The manager literally came up and was belittling and hostiley demanded why he was helping them. He yelled at him, even. The manager looked at one of the family members and literally ROLLED HIS EYES! Never have my family members been treated as an inconvenience. I can guarantee that they've never had a problem because no one wants to go through the hassle of reporting it OR they won't even brave it. But I AM going through the hassle. I'm going straight to their corporate office.

Very much enjoyed our dinner and service was great. There are allot of great options for food combinations with options for vegetarians and the like. Looks of different meat option from fish, chicken, pork and steak and other seafood options. Lots of vegetables and over 20 or more oils and sauces to choice from to make your dish unique. Being some loose cash so you can tip the cooks was they cook your meal in from of you.

Liked the way you can pick your meal and then have it cooked on the large grill while you watch. I also liked the recipes on the wall where you could make your preference for the sauce or seasoning. Pretty much choose your own special meal.

We eat at the Sandy location often. While in town we sometimes venture to this location to give them another chance. But oh my gosh this place is dirty!!!! The only vegan noodles are surrounded by seafood and all the bins are spilled all over, mixed etc. the sauces are a giant, mingled puddle. The cook was incredibly rude when I explained that I wanted clean paddles and a cleanish spot on the grill because I don’t eat meat. We didn’t have a waitress until we were almost ready to pay, but a friendly hostess tried to cover for her while she was on break and was running circles around everyone else. That hostess and our waitress, were lovely and cheerful. I think they’re understaffed or something, and the condition of the buffet is shameful.

Food selection was small, the veggies that were out there were very old and gross looking. We came for Sunday dinner a couple of weeks ago. Our server was awesome but the quality was ??

This is a fun all-you-can-eat Mongolian barbecue restaurant. You begin with a seemingly-too-small bowl that you pile high from a plentiful, and varied selection of vegetables, meats, noodle and rice. You then douse the ingredients from a very large selection of sauces before handing over to a cook, who prepares the meal perfectly before plating and handing back to you to carry to your table. I’ve found from experience that the more varied the sauces that you put on the food, the better the end result. The food was delicious and very enjoyable. The experience is almost as fun as the food itself. The server made sure that everything was explained well, and that drinks were kept full. The price was very reasonable and it’s a large restaurant, so it’s good for large groups. And the best part is: you are the cook, so, if you don’t like the food, there’s only one person to blame. If you are still hungry after the first go-around, you are welcome to grab another bowl and do it all over again.
