Hungry Howie's Pizza

After over 5 years of ordering and being a loyal customer I have been very disappointed in the service that has been provided over the last 90 days. Everything i call to place a order it rings to the pre recording and the wait time is always over 10 minutes, hower this time I drove for 20 minutes with out a answer and was still on pre recorded message when I walked in to the store when I looked at the phone all lines were lighted up green and no one was using the phone, why would.this be this way there were 3 employees and no one can answer a phone.
There was on patron in the lobby. And no pizza in the warmer. I asked why I couldn't get through on the phone and showed the employee my phone which was still 20 minutes latter on the pre recording and his response was (ohh we are busy).
This is apparently a issue this store has now
Very disappointed in your service while I waited on my order a total of 5 pizza's left the store (17 minute wait time)

First time visiting here and it was good. We were walk in order at 7pm on a Friday and they had our order ready in about 15 minutes!
The Works was cooked perfectly.
Wings were good too.

I usually love this place, but the last time I ordered the pizza was horrible ordered online, I left a complaint there and was told someone would reach out, and they never did

Pizza is OK but they need to fix the sizing/pricing. Their medium pizza is more like a personal size. XL is similar to a medium at many other Pizza places.

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced.

The food was fine. No complaints there really, it was about what you would expect.

When I made my order, they went back and presumably started making it. I could see over the counter that they were doing stuff but they were taking orders from other people and it looked like they were making pizzas instead of sandwiches (I ordered a sandwich). I waited for a long while and then just to make sure mine was being worked on I said to a fellow who appeared to be the manager "Hey is my sandwich being worked on I've been here for 30 minutes or so and I --"

He then cut me off and said "30 minutes? You have not been here for 30 minutes. Calm down."

I was so taken aback by his rudeness in that moment that I just paused and said. "Okay, well it's been awhile. Is my sandwich being worked on?"

To which he replied "it'll be done in a second." And then he turned his back on me and went back to the kitchen.

Maybe 5 minutes later I got my sandwich.

He was probably right, it probably hadn't been 30 minutes. It had probably been 15 or so in reality.

It was truly ridiculous how rudely he responded to my polite question. Must have been having a rough day. Regardless, I won't be going back.

Never again.Ordered small cheese peperoni pie.Total garbage.Soggy bread with 4 peperoni on top and barely visible cheese. Disgusting.Throw it away. Frozen supermarket pizza beats it.

5 stars - great service but can be very very busy during lunch and dinner time

Take out pizza. So good. Other than one of the artisan pizza places, I think it's the best in town.

I ordered delivery and our order was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the store the store, they were already closed and when I called the next day I was told I'd need to speak with the owner to get a refund for a previous day. I have been trying to reach the owner to get it either refunded or replaced but they have not gotten back to me after leaving my number with the cashier multiple times, calling on the days the owner should be at the restaurant, and opening a ticket with corporate. This was over a month ago. I just want my pizzas or a refund. At this point I'm so over the run around they've given me.

I Doordash from this location often. The Store is always busy and the entire team is diligent and keeps up with the volume! Corey goes above and beyond with customer service!!!

Ordered a pizza with no cheese and it came out with extra cheese. They were quick to make a new one and brought it outside to us. They also forgot to put the seasoning on another one of our pizza crust, they did give us free dipping sauce after we asked about it. Food was okay but bummer about the mistakes. We appreciate they were up for fixing the issues.
