Ordered a pizza with no cheese and it came out with extra cheese. They were quick to make a new one and brought it outside to us. They also forgot to put the seasoning on another one of our pizza crust, they did give us free dipping sauce after we asked about it. Food was okay but bummer about the mistakes. We appreciate they were up for fixing the issues.

Ordered over $120 worth of food, not including the tip. Ordered a Large Specialty Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Extra Cheese, Extra Chicken, NO RED ONIONS. I get home and it’s covered in Onions. Called the store to request a replacement, and the employee hung up on me before I could remind him that it has Extra Chicken and Cheese. I even highlighted and circled it on the receipt and asked my wife to help me go get another one. She showed up with the pizza in hand and the just says “Here’s your pizza.” My wife gets home and I asked what happened to the extra chicken and cheese, but she just assumed it was made properly.I’ve always really enjoyed Hungry Howie’s pizza, but now I don’t want to go back there.

Hungry Howies came highly recommended. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible. We never got the pizza we ordered and when we called they said due to an address error we lost out on our money. They never attempted to call and see what the address was while trying to deliver and when we called they said there was nothing they could do. We could order again and spend the money again, but they would not refund us the money because they would be “screwed”. It was ok that we were out $55.00 on our end though. Very disappointed with how the customer service was and how they were not willing to help at all.

My wife and I thought about ordering pizza from this place. We did so one evening, and within 20 minutes of eating it, we each ran to our bathrooms and camped out there most of the night. Food poisoning is ugly, and we never want to frequent a place where either the food is contaminated or where employees don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. We will never order anything from this place again. Yet another terrible experience from a restaurant that doesn't emphasize cleanliness with their employees nor care that much for their customers.
