This is our go to for Mexican when we visit St.George!!

I've been going to Jalapeño for several years. Well today I went and ordered my usual - a Chicken Bacon Burrito and what I got was a burrito with a bunch a lettuce, a few piece of Chicken, no bacon and no Chipotle sauce. It was a joke. The quality is slipping. Watch out and check your food before you leave.

At the Saturday market. Their tamales and breakfast burritos were amazing.

We got 4 burritos: CA, mixed beef and bean with chilis, bean and cheese, and chicken (came grilled, with tomato and guacamole). Went over well with the whole family. Our littlest liked the bean and cheese. Next time I want to try breakfast burritos, not get as many, and have fruit with our takeout . Remember salsa!

I have been going to jalapeños for years, I love the food. I noticed there is a new woman that works there, taking orders, working drive thru as well. The last three times I have gone through the drive thru she has taken my order and all three times has gotten it wrong or forgot an item. When you've been at work all day and just want to get dinner for you and your family and just want to get home, the last thing you want to do is drive all the way back because someone doesn't care enough to do their job right! I've been trying to call them for the last hour and can't get through! It's pouring rain I don't want to drive in this!! 100% disappointed with this woman and her ability to work in the food industry!!

I can't believe how expensive is become to eat in here, 5 taquitos (which is basically a tortilla rolled with a little of meat in the center and deep fried) and a side of sour cream, and a side of guacamole, $15 bucks plus tax, the flavor is authentic and good but is more expensive than a full restaurant and the service is less than premium, if I have a full plate of food at don Pedro or any other sitting restaurant it will be less, the other factor is the service, I received not one smile at all, the ladies at the cashier position, the were to busy to show any hint of hospitality, in hindsight I would say they do the minimum to keep their job,in a frantic hurry to charge the next costumer, I don blame them, I don't think they get paid enough to make the extra effort, and the hours and the people become a burden to cause them look like they are angry....
Is hard for the educated costumer appreciate something like that, at this point the only thing that would make me come back is the flavor and quality of the food, which still really good ..
In conclusion there is the occasional visit to a fast food location poor in service, expensive in price but with good flavor... as deterrent of wishing not to come back

3 different times, 3 great experiences. Breakfast burritos are great!

Their California burrito was super good, I liked the potato’s over the fry choice. The salsa bar is good, the onions there were great and spicy.

Let's talk about tortillas. I am not sure if they are free or where they get them from but these tortillas are the perfect blend of chewy texture and flavor. That being said the breakfast burritos 🌯 we got were outright delicious. They also had a salsa bar. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. You order and sit and they call you when the food is ready. You can also get it to go or go though the drive through. Is it off a gas station? Yes, but you know they say don't judge the book by its cover. I would definitely go back. And I would highly suggest this place if you are in the area. Would be a great crag lunch too!
