Cold subs were good, but my hot sub had a little off taste and the peppers had a concerning crunch and hard spots. Bag of chips were full of air so they could pop loud when opened. But at least they got me everything I ordered.

An outstanding experience at Jersey Mikes today. After a very challenging few weeks with health issues, not getting out and not much for good food, I really wanted a tuna sub from Jersey Mikes. This location was outstanding. A clean place, attentive and engaging employees as well as fresh bread, crisp veggies and excellent tuna made for a great sub. The woman also went nice and heavy on that relish that I love. It is funny how sometimes a simple sub and great service can make a day that much better.

Great sandwiches but a lack of hustle and urgency from the employees. Most people don’t have 20 mins to wait in line for a sandwich while the employees are more focused on making small talk with the customers ahead rather than fulfilling orders. I understand the importance of being courteous and having good customer service with your patrons, but at the end of the day, customers are coming in to grab a quick lunch, not make friends with everyone behind the counter.

Great sandwiches but your locations are messed up in google maps. if you plug in the S Mall location it takes you to Hilton Dr. Frustrating for someone who’s not familiar with St. George.

i had a gift card and was excited to use it, i placed a pickup and my sandwich was completely wrong even down to the bread. i don’t know why because walking in the place was pretty much empty.
I usually love Jersey Mike’s!! But tonight I went and ordered a cheesesteak with a few modifications. I ordered a regular 99 no bell peppers, I got double meat with steak and chicken, and I switched the Jalapeños for CPR.. This sandwich comes out to nearly $18, I knew that going in and I’m ok with that. But when I got home nearly 20 minutes later, I opened the sandwich to see it LOADED with Bell Peppers! I don’t know if this was honest confusion or someone on the grill just being a jerk. No big deal I can understand mistakes, I called the store to see if they can fix it. THE FIRST 5 TIMES I called the phone was picked up and hung up immediately after, ok maybe it’s an issue with the phone. Finally someone answered, I explained the situation and asked if they could remake it. They said they couldn’t because it is past 8:30 and too close to closing time. Wow!! Ok!! Come on Jersey Mike’s!!

The lettuce isn’t fresh. It’s so discolored it’s disgusting. Service is okay, but getting constantly asked if I want more and more toppings when I already said no is wild. If someone says no, it’s NO! And the facial expressions come on, no smiles, nothing! It’s always with an attitude asking, “What do you want?” if you want people to come back, be more happy and excited about your damn job. If you don’t like your job, quit
