A really bad first time experience.I ordered the chicken sandwich, after seeing it on a poster and was not disappointed. “I was really disappointed when I went to Mad Pita across the street and they refused to serve me at 8:45, even though their posted hours said they close at 9. Luckily, Jimmy John’s was open, and they truly saved the day! The employees—Isaac, Brayden, and Kyrie—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took care of me right away and made what started as a frustrating night so much better. Big thanks to this team for their awesome service. Highly recommend this location!“

“Had a reward but had to use the App in order to get it which I’ve never used and was in a hurry. Logan, Jonas and Gideon were awesome helping me with the App which was not the easiest to navigate in a rush, getting my order done perfectly, and being very courteous, helpful and friendly. It’s hard to come by good service these days so when you come across really great service it’s very much appreciated and should be celebrated. We’re in good hands with the next generation if they’re half as good as Logan, Gideon and Jonas!“

I've gotten along with all the staff as well. I really like the sandwiches because of the soft bread, neat assembly of the ingredients, tastiness, and generally consistent quality (in my experience).“
