I ordered for curbside and I didn't get my chips, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I didn't realize that I didn't get it until I got home and had to drive all the way back and grab them. My drink wasn't filled all the way with no ice?? Very disappointed.

I love jimmy johns. I know I can count on quality of food no matter what city I’m in. The reason I’m giving 3 stars to this location is because the last two times I’ve been there, there is no parking facing the restaurant for curbside pickup. Both times all front facing parking was taken by customers in the shop or by the delivery drivers. I understand the customers but the delivery drivers should be leaving room for curbside pickup customers. I’m handicapped and I have a child and curbside pickup or drive thru is the best for myself and I’m sure others. I ask the management to please fix this issue and have delivery drivers park in the spots facing away from the restaurant.

I love the sandwiches there. But what kills me is that they have an entire crew of teens that don't adhere to health code via wearing hair nets. If you're gonna work on a line or restaurant of any kind you have to wear a hairnet. Staff in general were nice enough but definitely need to work on the customer service experience. The shop inside the lobby was clean and tidy but that's about it.
