Kids ... Please. When there are 2 people waiting in the lobby for their 1 sandwich, make that first. Don't make the 40 sandwich order from online first.. This is Jimmy John's , do you know where you work? Took 10 mins for a simple slim 2 sandwich and no one in the lobby

I had a large order (30+ sandwiches) and the employees were SO lovely! I always feel so guilty picking up a large order during a lunch rush, but they were so accommodating and helpful. truly the best Jimmy John’s in Washington county! :)

Great sandwiches made perfectly to order! But they’re far from the “freaky fast” service they promote. Took 15 minutes after I arrived for my pickup order to be ready. Order wasn’t even started when I walked in. What’s the point of pickup if it wont be ready when I arrive?
