Food is always great! My favorite sub/sandwich place is always any Jimmy John's. They seem to be getting more selections of everything and is very suitable for different taste buds out there! Customer service is always quick and easy and friendly! Food is ready super quick!

Great sandwiches made perfectly to order! But they’re far from the “freaky fast” service they promote. Took 15 minutes after I arrived for my pickup order to be ready. Order wasn’t even started when I walked in. What’s the point of pickup if it wont be ready when I arrive?

Sandwitches are smaller than a while ago. Service was good. Used the app to preorder. It was all ready when we got there. No complaints. Highly recommend the kickin ranch on the side. Game changer as a dipping sauce with the #4 turkey tom sandwich
everytime i go here it’s really good but lately my drink has been flat soda and my sandwich is soggy.

Why are they putting workers who are coughing up their lungs at the window? Then again, maybe better than having sick workers makes the food! Bottom line: and food service should NEVER have sick workers continue on shift! The store was absolutely empty, too! Not like they were in dire need of help. Probably some lazy co-manager who refuses to cover two hours for sick employee. I won't return to a place with sick employees; it's not safe.

The employees at this location are insanely friendly and hard working. Every single person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. I ate inside at 7pm. It was dead. You would expect these young guys with no apparent manager on property to be socializing or messaging around, but instead they were constantly cleaning and getting things done around the restaurant. What a breath of fresh air. Maybe it’s from the top down or maybe you found a good batch of employees but they seemed to actually love where they work and take pride in their jobs. Good job guys. To say I’m impressed is such an understatement.
