I was really disappointed when I went to Mad Pita across the street and they refused to serve me at 8:45, even though their posted hours said they close at 9. Luckily, Jimmy John’s was open, and they truly saved the day! The employees—Isaac, Brayden, and Kyrie—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took care of me right away and made what started as a frustrating night so much better. Big thanks to this team for their awesome service. Highly recommend this location!

Just amazing . I MADE A MISTAKE . Not them . And they fixed MY MISTAKE . No questions asked I insisted they charge me because it was my fault and they refused . Thanks guys!!

Ordered a small turkey sandwich, when I got home and open the sandwich, it literally had one slice of turkey that did not cover the bun.

First time there will never go again. Customer service is terrible I wanted cheddar cheese on my sandwich but they said they didn't have it then i continued to prove to them that they do have it then they said oh we cant put it on the sandwich because it's against there policy. Would recommend subway over jimmy johns. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM.

Hello, I was ordering food here and a man answered the phone, pardon me but I do not remember his name, Kyle possibly? I could not believe the professionalism this man treated me with, I accidentally passed gas and I did not hear any single bit of a peep out of him. I didn't like the food so I rated low, but I very much do appreciate the customer service received. The food arrived very quickly, warmed to perfection. Atmosphere I rated as a 3 because the birds would not stop chirping when I was eating on my porch. I did ask for the driver to stay and chat with me, but I do understand he has a job to do and could not chat. When the driver arrived I was chatting with my neighbor about couple that moved in (2 MEN?) and I do not appreciate how they can come into MY neighborhood and stomp all over MY culture and GOD. anyways was off topic I shouldn't speak about this I just get to rambling and don't know when to stop. I shouldn't go on about this, but; if someone is going to move into another persons neighborhood then they should respect the cultural norms that have been established for hundreds of years. I asked for extra onion on my sandwich, and they did add sufficient amount of onion I was satisfied. I think next time I will order 2 sandwiches as I was still a little peckish after just the single. I have been going on a health kick recently and LOVE the healthy options you provide, I do appreciate the lettuce wrap offered; However, I don't order it as I just like bread too much to give it up on my sandwich.

Ordered a BLT with avocado and nothing come with it. I ordered a side of jalapeño ranch and they gave me no ranch but jalapeño chips. Paid extra and didn’t get what I paid for.

They always tell me they can't deliver to Washington. You are 3miles away. There's construction around here all the time and jimmyjohns vehicles are always around. For real? Can't get to my house but you find a construction site?
I had to eat here because Mad Pita Express was closed! Walked in and no one greeted us, that’s ok, we looked at the menu. Once I was ready, still no greeting. I had to greet them and still I was told to wait. The place was empty, if I was the business owner I would fire the pathetic employees who choose who to greet. As I sat there, everyone else was greeted as they walked through the door.***Thank you! For being a responsible company and ensuring the quality of your restaurant. I will stop by again but please bring back the fresh avocado ? whenever possible.

I used the drive up so unsure of the atmosphere. Customer service was very good, I was new to Jimmy John’s but the person helping me was very patient!

Cruising around with my kids today, and we were tired of our regular go 2's. Pulled in Jimmy Johns and ordered a Kicking chicken sandwich, and my kids got the turkey. I was met with a "Welcome In" by a kid named Isaac. He made our sandwiches, and and treated us with the customer care you would expect from a Steakhouse. 10 for the Customer Service, and 10 for our Sandwiches brother ? Thank you for kindness Isaac ? Most definitely will be back to this location for our next Sandwich run. Oh, and thank you for being kind to my kids, my son is Autistic and he even said we need to come back ?? God Bless you Isaac, and thank you again ?
