Cruising around with my kids today, and we were tired of our regular go 2's. Pulled in Jimmy Johns and ordered a Kicking chicken sandwich, and my kids got the turkey. I was met with a "Welcome In" by a kid named Isaac. He made our sandwiches, and and treated us with the customer care you would expect from a Steakhouse. 10 for the Customer Service, and 10 for our Sandwiches brother ? Thank you for kindness Isaac ? Most definitely will be back to this location for our next Sandwich run. Oh, and thank you for being kind to my kids, my son is Autistic and he even said we need to come back ?? God Bless you Isaac, and thank you again ?

I used to eat at Jimmy John’s very often. They no longer offer Dijon. I really dislike mayonnaise and the Dijon made the sandwiches taste great. I know this may be a petty thing but I’ll no longer eat there. A dry sandwich just isn’t something I have to have when sandwich shops are all over.

Music is always too loud. Service is consistently mediocre. Often, my orders are incorrect. Bread is often stale if I drive through after 6pm.Addendum (11/28)Tonight my order was incorrect again. This time oregano and sauce which I said to hold, was on the sandwich, and Mayo that I didn’t cancel was missing. I just want to be able to have my favorite sandwich on the way to choir practice each Tuesday night.You can make me happy by getting my sandwich correct. I want nothing more than that. The ingredients are of good quality. But why can’t they just follow directions? And use fresh bread after 6 pm??? It’s not personal. I just value consistency and attention to detail. Otherwise, don’t offer to customize the sandwich!

I’ve ordered from this location and stopped by many times and have always had an excellent experience! Today I ordered a couple wraps and one was missing the main ingredient and they graciously and quickly got a new one to me. Perfection isn’t required to be awesome at your job, the way you handle mistakes matter just as much! Thanks guys!
