I say I want two number 12s then I say I want another sandwich and the guy says okay I say make sure you have TWO number 12s on there, then he reads back to me 2 number 12s and one other sandwich but when I get my receipt and order there is ONE number 12 written on the receipt and one number 12 in the bag!!!!!! Went in only because they say buy a sandwich make it a combo for free after 2. It was 7:45 p.m. My husband ordered and paid but they charged us for a combo. When I asked about it I was told I had to ask before otherwise they lose money. I shouldn't have to ask for a special deal I get text about every day. Nowhere does it say you have to request it. Definitely feel cheated!

I've been working here for over a year now, and it's been a pretty great experience. The managers are fun and kind but serious and professional when needed. I've gotten along with all the staff as well. I really like the sandwiches because of the soft bread, neat assembly of the ingredients, tastiness, and generally consistent quality (in my experience).
