Went in only because they say buy a sandwich make it a combo for free after 2. It was 7:45 p.m. My husband ordered and paid but they charged us for a combo. When I asked about it I was told I had to ask before otherwise they lose money. I shouldn't have to ask for a special deal I get text about every day. Nowhere does it say you have to request it. Definitely feel cheated!

I've been working here for over a year now, and it's been a pretty great experience. The managers are fun and kind but serious and professional when needed. I've gotten along with all the staff as well. I really like the sandwiches because of the soft bread, neat assembly of the ingredients, tastiness, and generally consistent quality (in my experience).

What a bummer. Long day, ordered JJ because we thought it would be nice rather than cooking. Made an online order, picked it up, and got home to find one of the sandwiches was literally only the bread with 2 slices of cheese. Who orders that? How is that mistake even possible? Nice kids working there, but man, that's disappointing. Didn't get the mayo packets either, but the sandwich ordeal is bizarre.
