Katering Koncepts, Inc.

This was the second year that we used Katering Koncepts to cater a meal at our company's conference. Once again, we were so pleased with the quality of the food, and the professionalism of the staff. This year, we also ordered tables and chairs for our function. They were delivered on time, and picked up on time, as well as being clean and in good condition.

I would highly recommend Katering Koncepts for any catering need. Their food is delicious (and very attractive) and their service is top-notch!

We received one of their charcuterie boxes as a gift. Great selection and wonderful flavors.

Quality food!! Our guests raved about the hor d' oeuvres, dinner and desserts. The set up was beautiful and the servers were very professional. I've used them before and I'll use them again!

We served their fabulous bootie chicken salad at a luncheon for 300 ladies!! Everybody loved it!!@

We do retreats and have used Katering Koncepts for several of our meals for a few years. Our guests always rave about how amazing the food is. Polly is amazing to work with and we can't say enough good things about KK. If you are looking for a great company and amazing food for your event, don't hesitate.

I used Katering Koncepts for my out of state wedding and was nervous booking without actually tasting the food. However, I had nothing to worry about! The food was incredible, and they went above and beyond by decorating the table to match the bridal colors. They even included a sign with everything on the menu, which was unexpected. The lady that helped set up and take everything down was so sweet and did such a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to cater a wedding or event!

I hired Katering Koncepts for my wife’s 40th birthday, they handled everything from decorations and set up, to the amazing delicious food. The location was up on the water tower, they did the lights, heaters, fire pits, s’mores bar and an amazing staff. I would recommend Katering Koncepts to anybody who wants an amazing event, without the stress! Thanks guys, it was awesome!!

Fabulous food. Awful service. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken when there were only 3 tables full. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper or paper towels.

Katering Koncepts stepped in to save the day when our original wedding caterer lost their space and canceled our contract. Kelly worked with me to replicate the meal we had originally planned and even suggested some additional perks. The tableware, cocktail hour display, and buffet and crepe station were all beautiful. Each item on our buffet was delicious! As you can imagine, we were a tad uneasy about serving food that we had never tasted, but it was all just wonderful. I also cannot even put into words how professional and delightful the staff was. They all went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. Their positive attitudes diffused any of the stress surrounding the day and we were SO happy to have them at our wedding.

This is such a hidden spot. Me and my husband decided to give this place a try because we were really tired of Texas roadhouse but not tired of BBQ. And let me tell you these are my favorite's ribs BY FAR in town or just in general. And all there desserts are incredible ! My favorite's is their peach cobbler and their Texas sheet cake. I crave this place all the time and havent got sick of it ! I also come back for their amazing staff. I really feel like they like being their because their service is always outstanding !

We used Katering Koncepts for the very first time for our 2022 annual Zion Men's Conference held every December for the past 12 years. Kelly, Polly and her team did an outstanding job for all our meals at SpringHill Suites. The Sunday "box lunch" was the best we have ever had. As long as we have our conference at Zion, we will be using Katering Koncepts. I have attached a photo of the men that Kelly and her team took special care of. I didn't hear one complaint from any of the men!

I used this company in October 2022 for my wedding at the Springs in toquerville. Everything tasted great when we tasted the food, and although the chicken was dry on my actual wedding day; the flavor was there and still okay. However the tears and frustrations I was brought from this company the final days of my wedding were completely unfair. I had asked for 1/2 and 1/2 of a salad and macaroni salad, and was told “no because if I run out it looks bad on me”. My step father ended up bringing me my own salad so that I, the bride was happy. There was also a last minute fee because I didn’t want them setting up during my ceremony. I’m sure there will be a response to this, from them saying I was being an unreasonable bride or bridezilla and wanted too many changes. But ultimately I paid over a thousand dollars, and wanted my special day to be perfect… which seemed dang near impossible. 1 star for customer service, 3 stars for the food. 2 stars overall. I won’t forget this disappointment I felt on my wedding day and the days leading up.
