Asked for extra crispy and was served original.When I went up to see what the mix-up was, he told me he didn't hear me ask for extra crispy, so he put it as original. He didn't know he was supposed to ask the customer when ordering what style of chicken they wanted. He just chose. The lobby definitely needed some attention. The only thing they had going for them was we didn't wait not even 5 min before our order was called.
Always enjoy the food , service is top drawer , I'll be back !

Make sure you pay attention to what they're adding to your order. I went through the drive thru last night and ordered the family meal. I was asked what sides I wanted and I told them, then they said " I have lemon and Chocolate cake, which one do you want" making me think it was part of the meal. So I got the chocolate only to realize after leaving that it did not come with the meal and I was charged for it. Very unprofessional
