20 minute line to get an 8 piece meal plus a Mac and cheese side. Got home, they forgot the extra side so I called for a refund, it sucks but at least I'll get my money back, right? Manager said he couldn't refund me over the phone. Which is crazy for things today. The manager, Eric, then proceeded to tell me "kfc isn't a good place to be these days," and "I don't work at kfc to make good food." Woof. This guy needs to not be a manager of anything ever or get some serious training. Idk man, this location needs some serious help.

Girl at the window ran my card twice but refused to refund the second charge. Terrible attitude and I had to go to my bank to get my money back. I highly recommend that you DO NOY use a debit or credit card at this location.

Ordered a large side of coleslaw to go with three daily specials. Paid for it and it was not in my bag. Was not worth it to drive back in from Ivans to get it. Tried to call several times and no answer.

I have been visiting kfc for a take out order once or twice a month. I have ordered the same thing 3 times in a row. The first order, i paid $15.00 and change, the next time a couple of weeks later was $20.00 and change, the third time was $23.00 and change. The last order was terrible. There wasn’t enough meat on the breasts to feed a squirrel. So to speak. With the price increase and poor food quantity and quality, we will not be returning the kfc.

My wife and I stopped in to this KFC at about 8:15 pm on Thursday May 3rd. Needless to say I have never been so surprised and appalled. To say that this location was dirty is an understatement. The floor looked as if it hadn’t seen a broom or mop in days. Before ordering we both decided to wash our hands in the restrooms OMG they were worse sinks dirty and papers on the floor. When we both returned we made a call to try somewhere different. Maybe just a bad day but even the door to the kitchen area was unsecured no need to know the code just walk right in. We have never been so disappointed with a KFC location ever. Would advise to avoid this location until someone in charge decides to clean up !!!

We, as health conscious humans, are not supposed to eat starchy, carby, fried foods, much less admit that we do, but I can't deny this is my favorite indulgence of sinful proportions in St George. It's the perfect location right off the main drag, and being that it's also A&W, it's a one stop shop for gluttonous bliss. The chicken has always been amazing. The staff a delight, not to mention fast and hard working. I'll admit I've never gone in, but the drive thru is always grade A!

I ordered all dark meat and the lady repeated my order back. I was excited because I hadn't been there in a while. When I got my food the order was totally wrong and when I called to straighten things out no accountability just the excuse they were busy!! Pretty sad, horrible service and the chicken although flavorful seemed like it'd been sitting for a while!!

Late to serve, coolish food when it arrives, slow to check on each tables needs, food isn't up to par. Just keep going and find something worth your money, time and pallet.

I've never seen a more filthy kitchen, and it's in plain view. I only ordered a snack serving and it took 15 minutes. During the wait, I witnessed several complaints about orders being filled incorrectly. When I finally got my food, it was very greasy. I don't know how this place stays in business.

Stopped by to get dinner. There was a line, but we didn't mind waiting. They were SOOOOOO slow. I finally got to the cash register and ordered chicken. Go figure, I'm at a KFC. She said that they were out of chicken and it would be a 40 minute wait. No thanks! I grabbed my family to go and noticed no one was eating, everyone was waiting for food. I've never had to wait that long at fast food. Appears they were understaffed. We won't be back.
We loved eating here the staff was friendly. And store was clean neat. The food was hot and fresh everyone should stop and get some good food

We never get what we ordered always something missing. If you can't tell the difference between a breast and a thigh You shouldn't be boxing orders. Or leave the cookies out. They must save them up and the employees eat them later. Lol
