Crazy that a bakery doesn't use real whip cream. Tastes like soybean oil. The treats were fine. The 12 grain hazelnut is the best in the world
Quality has dipped too low for the price. $40+ for 2 meals with dessert. Dessert was se eral days old and glazed/crusty.

Food is good, but their menu values are rigid and not desined for the customer but to line the pockets of the establishment.
This is a great place for salads and sandwiches. The salads are fresh, and the sandwiches are tasty with plenty of meat and cheese between the freshly baked bread.
Prices are reasonable, and free parking is readily available in the lot surrounding the building. It does get quite busy at lunch, so either be prepared to wait in line a while or just come a little before or after the normal lunchtime.

Came in at 11 am on a Monday! One would think the place would be clean and standing tall after being closed on Sundays!
This place is filthy, I brought the condition of the restroom to an employee. She didn’t seem to care and blamed it on a manager.
Had to pay extra for cranberry sauce on a turkey, cranberry croissant. One employee must feel it’s more important to decorate a Christmas tree in the entry way than clean or help out.
Time to clean it up! New carpet, dust, clean trash bins.

My experience here was good! I got a French dip hot sandwich! It was very good nice hot and fresh! I would give it a 5 stars but everything here was insanely expensive ?? like from example this tiny pumpkin tart was $5 I think that's a little expensive for something so small. I didn't end up getting it because of the price. The atmosphere, let's talk about why I gave it 3 stars. The shelves were super close to where you stand to order so it just feels stuffy. The service was lovely and the employees were very kind, friendly, & super helpful!
Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free things.
Kid-friendliness: There are kid cookies.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think there is wheelchair accessibility.

fix your phone !!! cant even call it hangs up after you press the number you want
I ordered the Ham, egg, and cheese croissant.
Nice size croissant, 1 egg but only 1 very small and very thin slice of ham. Other places pile on the ham but not here. Very skimpy on the ham and it was not worth the price I paid for it.

We came in at 7:15 on Tuesday for dessert. Surprisingly, No one was the restaurant. We ordered two slices of pie, coconut and raspberry cream cheese. The two girls working were taking so long to serve us that we finally sat down to wait. I wish we would have checked the bag before we left. This is what we found when we got back to Santa Clara. How they actually felt confident putting this in the bag is beyond me, a horrible reflection on Kneafers. I was furious at this level of service and was this close to going there to get my money back. Horrible service!!

I usually love going to this location and have never had any issues, We went tonight to get soup and the girl at the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional. She didn’t want to answer any questions we had and when she did answer it was short and rude and came off as if she was annoyed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say we went somewhere else.

They were out of at least half the menu items. Maybe Mondays aren't the easiest days to prepare for, or maybe this place was so busy over the weekend that it's a good sign that they run out of product... I'll give them another chance on a different day...
Here's to hoping

I had the breakfast sandwich and an iced latte. The crussant was great and made the sandwich better. The dessert was amazing. Sorry, I don't remember the name. The latte was blended well and not too sweet.

When you're tired of the boring food at 90% of the eateries in St. George, go here to get a hefty sandwich and some great sides. It's worth the price.
