The atmosphere is nice and cozy, however the service is extremely slow and the food is average or below. I went there with my family and two of us ordered soups. Both soups were cold when served and only lukewarm after we asked to have them reheated. Overall, would recommend a different restaurant for anyone looking to have a genuinely enjoyable meal.

The food is great, although the service is the worst I have experienced in St. George! The staff is not paying attention to service production. I waited 20 minutes for them to scoop up a roll out of a pan and put it in a bag for take out. The location was practically empty, with maybe three other people in the building who arrived after me, yet I was the last one to get my order

Stupidly pathetic, I go in order she tells me she can't break a hundred okay whatever I understand that so I go I break a hundred I had to get I had to go get gas to break the hundred I come back I've got a 50 and a 20 my totals 30 something dollars that's like less than $20 to have to give me back and now you're going to tell me you can't take a 50 are you serious right now so what happens when my order comes to 100 and something I have to have it in all 20s that is ridiculously stupid food's great but I will never go there again I spent 40 minutes to get food and came back out with nothing

Just had the French toast for the first time. Absolutely incredible. The food in the service was excellent. I recommend go get some of this French toast. You won’t regret it. Their syrup with it is very flavorful.

I have been to this Kneaders twice since moving to St. George, and neither time was a great experience. Today, we ordered french toast and were told it would be a minute. We didn’t mind. When we finished eating, my husband went back up to the register to see if they still did their “all you can eat” french toast, and was met with an eye roll and a sigh. We are college students who don’t get to eat out very often, and if we have the chance to, then we would like to be able to take some food home for later. I also work in fast food and I know it can be annoying if someone asks for something while you are busy, but it was relatively quiet. I know that it doesn’t cost anything to be nice. The place smelt like sewage and bleach, which was kind of unpleasant. At least the french toast was good (despite it having hair and eggshells in it…)

FOUL!I went to this location yesterday and it was disgusting. There was plenty of staff and only 4 customers in the store. I believe one person was actually an employee on a laptop. The store was so dirty. All garbage cans filled. A dirty cart just sitting by the front door. Boxes laying out. There was even garbage in the parking lot. But what got me was the bathroom. It stunk like sewage!!! It was so foul! And the walls were dirty with brown smears all over the stall. So gross. I did not eat here, nor will I. If the store is this dirty on the outside then what is going on in the kitchen? If employees don’t clean the bathrooms or the dining room then I doubt they are cleaning the kitchen. But seriously, what is going on with the intense sewage smell in the bathroom?

The inside of the restaurant needs a good deep cleaning. It was extremely dirty, which made the experience of waiting for the food less enjoyable.

No. I went once and waited 45 minutes in line to place my order. Fortunately, I was only just outside the door in the light rain. Many of us crowded inside while the poor saps coming late had to stand in the rain. And they did! I don't get it.This was lunch rush and there is no way you can get lunch and get back to work. Even the pick up orders were stretching to an hour. People showed up to get their pick up order and there was nothing on the counter. Five people waiting because they thought calling ahead would help them at Kneaders.People in line would try and engage someone, anyone, behind the counter. I think we all counted one drive up/register/sandwich maker lady in front, a guy in back making other things, and some woman behind the counter wandering around looking busy but confused. She belonged in a Dilbert cartoon.Over an hour after walking in, I got my sandwich, but there was no where to sit. I took it and went home. Wasted half an afternoon for fast food.McDonald's is better. Even better, I'll just buy the Focaccia bread, turkey, lettuce, cheese, avocado, and make some aioli sauce. It'll take me about the same time and taste as good, or better. And it won't p|$$ me off.

Almost was sent with a bitten into sandwich!!I just got back from picking up my online order at the Bluff street location. I ordered 2 mac & cheese, a mac & cheese sandwich, chicken croissant sandwich, 2 chocolate bombs & a lemon tart. It told me it would be done at 1:58. So I was there at 1:55, I waited for 30 minutes nobody helped or talked to me. The lady working the register was older with reddish hair, she was all over the place, the lady in front of me had to come back a couple times cause she was missing some items & she was given the wrong sandwich. she said she took a bite & saw it was a mac & cheese sandwich & not her tuna melt. so the bit into sandwich was put back on the counter, then I asked the cashier if my order was even ready yet after waiting 30 minutes, she said oh did nobody talk to you we are all out of mac & cheese. I was very upset waiting 30 minutes to be told that! so then I asked well if you are all out how did the lady in front of me get mac & cheese, she said she would double check, guess what they had plenty! And mine was already ready just sitting on the counter! So I watched her start bagging my order & she put the bitten into sandwich in my bag!! I asked her if that was the eaten one, she opened it & tossed it in the trash & had them make a new one!!! Then she started to put a chicken panini in instead of the chicken croissant! I had to stop her again!!!. Then I checked my bag she still forgot the bread & my desserts. The whole thing to pick up my order took 1 hour!! One lady just wanted to buy a loaf of bread she stood at the counter waiting a little over 20 minutes, she just left & alot of customer's said they weren't coming back & customer's apologizing to me seeing all that I went through.

Takes way too long. Not really the employees fault since it looks like management is running a skeleton crew, but it was still frustrating how long it took. If I have an hour of time, I should be able to pound my food quickly before hustling back to work. Didn't really have that time though. The food unfortunately was not worth the wait either, which is too bad.

The soup and sandwiches are very good. It took a little longer to get the order, but not a big deal. They forgot a couple items, but were very quick to fix it. Overall, a good experience.

The food was good but service was slow. Only three employees and it's always busy in there. The worst thing tho, is how filthy this restaurant was. I've eaten there before and I've never noticed it being so dirty. We change tables 3 times because they were so grimy. at the drinks counter there was an urn for hot water or tea that look like it hadn't been washed in a month. There was sticky gooey looking stuff handprinted all over it. The first table we sat at had something stuck on it and just messy. I got napkins wet and cleaned the table off myself but there were crumbled up chips on the floor and the window ledge look like it had not been cleaned out in a month either. total grime and food particles all over it. We started to sit at another table But my friend had to go wash her hands after pulling out the chair because it was so gooey on the back. Finally the third table we sat at was sort of clean so we ate there. my friend At one point went over to look at the aprons that were for sale. One of them was filthy on the front. I don't know if some little hands and touched it or if it had been used in the kitchen and then put out for sale. That's kind of what it looked like. And there was no way we could add our garbage to the garbage bins. They were totally overflowing with trash falling on floor. We just stacked ours up on top of the overflow. Very disappointing visit to this restaurant that we've always enjoyed in the past.

Food was lousy. Coffee was terrible. Service was slow. And the server poured hot coffee on my husband‘s hand. We likely won’t go back.Edited: the company asked me to email them about the issue and I emailed them and they never replied.
