I ordered double almond croissant and I got it so tuff and old ,it was certainly baked the day before and it was like eating a tire. I was very dessapointed. Also I asked if they did cappuccino and they didn’t know, then I asked to look for the steamer on coffee machine and it was there but no one knew how to make it. Shake. I had 2 of my friends with me I thought we will enjoy breakfast. So so disappointed. I doubt that I will be back to that place.

Whoever owns the kneaders on Mall Drive I would fire your managers as soon as possible!! This is the most poorly run kneaders/business I have ever been too. Keep in mind I am a local who loves Kneaders, I am a rewards member and have gone to this particular kneaders many many times. This is the closest one to my home. I love the food so much I have tried to overlook how impossibly slow and dysfunction this particular Kneaders is. Today we sat in the drive up line for 25 minutes (not unusual at all for this place) only to find out that once we got to the window to the pay that they are out of the chicken salad and sugar cookies (2 things I had ordered) Keep in mind I love their chicken salad sandwiches and they have been out of it for like 3 months so I was hopeful today, but to no avail. Today I am sadly officially done with this Kneaders. I will now take my business to the new sandwich shop called the village baker which is a farther drive but is actually better quality and MUCH MUCH better service. Congrats Mall Drive Kneaders on driving away a loyal customer it wasn't easy it took many consistently bad experiences to do it! There will be things I will miss but not bad enough to go back.

We came in yesterday for Father's Day breakfast and it was agreat experience. It was more organized then mothers day. We love the team yesterday especially Leah she is an asset to your company. Very disappointed in this location! The strawberries tasted like onions..cross contamination? Dead cockroach on the floor in dining area. Food crumbs and trash on the floor under the tables, as if it hadnt been cleaned well the night before. I work in fast food and find this unacceptable!

Kneaders has lost me as a customer for good. I've been eating at various Kneaders locations for 15 years, and they have gone way downhill over the years. This location is very dirty, very obviously months of neglect. Things are broken and/or not working frequently. They are out of various types of food, and every single order usually has something not done right or not cooked enough. The customer service is sub-par, they obviously could not care any less about their jobs. I've given them so many chances, I can no longer give the benefit of the doubt. There is zero effort. For the prices we pay, it's not worth it any longer. It's too bad because this used to be my favorite place to eat.

Kneaders is this normal to have such a small slice of cheese cake? One cake is an acceptable size where as the cheese cake is micro size. Service was ok but QC definitely is needed. At the mall Dr location. Purchased 4/25
