Ordered the grilled BLT and some Piccadilly chips. Asked for extra crispy bacon. The sandwich was so sad. Wish I would have taken a picture. There was literally 2 pieces of bacon on the whole sandwich. The mayo was one blob in the middle and the lettuce was wilted with brown spots. The Piccadilly chips were good (They always are that's why I go there...) but a 6.99 BLT with bacon you have to search for is VERY disappointing.I will say the service is always good, and the people are friendly.

The menu is overpriced relative to the quality of the food. You can taste it in the fried menu items that they don't clean their fryers and change the oil often. There isn't anything on the menu here that can't be found better, and probably cheaper, somewhere else in town.

Larsen’s Frostop is southern Utah’s hidden gem! The customer service was great. The workers were friendly and went the extra mile to make you feel welcome and eager to help! The queen burger was delicious, the bacon was cooked just right! The shake was delicious. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this little gem to friends!

Was literally just there. From out of town and stopped there because it seemed unique, a cool local spot. Ordered one milkshake and an ice cream cone and then waited for 30 minutes with nothing. Then they brought out like 7 milkshakes to a car that arrived and ordered after us.......so we left with nothing and a 4-year old that was crying asking why they forgot about us. Went to Culver's instead. Added bonus is I already had given them a tip when I ordered. Go to Nielsen's if you want a better local treat.

(11/23/22) I’ve been eating here for as long as I can remember, and this was my first visit since ownership has changed, and it was horrible. They burnt the bun, and it was soaked in grease. The Piccadilly chips were over cooked, and the burgers seem smaller than before. Based upon previous visits I would rate this as a 0 if possible. Save your money and memories of the old Larsens and don’t come in, and head over to Iceberg for a good cheeseburger.

I’m not from the St. George area but I was looking for a good “ma and pa” style burger joint while vacationing in the area. I scrolled past all of the google results of the typical fast food joints and was very excited when I came upon Larsen’s. I will gladly pay a little extra to get a good burger instead of a cheap chain restaurant burger.I ordered a king burger, fries and a s’mores shake. I forgot to mention that my order was to go (my bad) so when my food came out I asked for a to go bag. As I started putting my food in the bag I noticed the fries were cold. Like not even warm at all. Room temperature. Who knows how long they’d been sitting out. And who thinks it’s okay to bring out cold food? I strongly considered asking for hot fries but was in a hurry and figured if cold fries are the worst part of my day, then I’ve got it pretty good.As I ate the burger I was absolutely unimpressed with the quality. It was greasy and made with poor quality ingredients (in my humble opinion). I usually avoid places like McDonald’s and Wendy’s because I feel they don’t have super high quality food…but today I wish I’d gone to one of those places instead. The only semi good thing was the shake…and I say semi good because it’s a shake. Kind of hard to not be semi good when one of the top ingredients is sugar. My s’mores shake was literally chocolate soft serve ice cream with mini marshmallows. I was expecting to find grahm crackers and chocolate chunks as well. Nope, just basic soft serve with marshmallows. An interesting combo that I’m not completely sure how I felt about it. I guess the chocolate soft serve is used in place of the chocolate chunks.Like I said at the beginning of my review…I purposely look for “higher end” fast food places and avoid the “cheap” places. Based off other reviews I’m seeing, it sounds like Larsen’s was better off before being bought out. The current owner posts that they want to hear people’s feedback…you’re looking at it in these reviews. Jack up your prices, but at least serve a great product. If you charge premium prices but deliver low quality, it will be very difficult to keep people coming back. There are cheaper options out there that are done better.

I loved it! The food and shakes were great, and they had so many delicious options! They were friendly and we got the food quickly! The atmosphere was also really fun, it's like an old fashioned drive up diner, and we all enjoyed the music. They also had Halloween decorations up. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in town!!Kid-friendliness: It was fun for the whole family, with fun Halloween decorations and fun music!Parking: Good amount of parking, we easily found a spot.Dietary restrictions: We were delighted to find that they had a dairy free dole whip!

I used to love this place but ever since the reopening every time I go I remember it is not the place for me anymore the quality has gone down hill with the price going up which i understand everything has but the quality should have at least stayed the same this is not okay to have in a grilled cheese but the fries have stayed good at least but this was soo disappointing to receive something I couldn't even eat thats so simple but has trippled in price

Great customer service! Staff are friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Onion rings and fries were delicious with good portions. King burger was big and filling. It’s nice you can drive up in your car and they come take your order. We’ll be back to try the shakes and glaciers.

Had a delicious hot dog and some onions rings. The banana chocolate mild bake was great and made with real banana pieces. Only miss was the burger was a little dry.

Fun and classic place to visit. Definitely has that old timey feel, but that comes with it being a little more run down. Their glacier desserts are delicious though! Definitely recommend at least for the experience and desserts!

I loved this place but maybe it’s new management or something but it is not as good. I got the fish and chips something I have always gotten. And It seems that they fried the fish when they were stuck together.

We liked Larsen's a lot. Everyone that works here is annoyed, but some how, it's awesome. The menu is vague and complicated at the same time. Kings and queens. All kinds if things going on. Cheeseburgers are good. Get onion rings. Chocolate malt was a+. Extra thick. They left this ribbon of unmixed malt powder. Intentional or not, it was delicious. Good stuff.

This was our families first visit here. We loved it!! Our server started everything off perfectly. She was patient with us and very helpful with many menu items. She suggested many options and they were all great! We had cheeseburgers, fries, piccadilly chips, freezes, glaciers, and pups(corn dogs). The service was amazing and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
