What’s wrong with people who cooking that? Did they know if food looks like coal, that’s mean something? And the smell is like something burn And the problem with sause and soda. I can order 10 times pizza and 4 times they not brought sauses or soda

We went and placed an order a whole hour before we wanted to pick it up and when we got there they hadn’t even put our order in the oven and they gave us three different excuses as to why they weren’t ready yet.

The parmesan wings were perfect, but tell me why I just paid almost $30 for wings and one pizza that wasn't even done correctly! Ridiculous.
They told me the pizza would be done in 10 minutes, that I should park then come back around. When I did, they told me I had 5 more minutes before it would be ready. I only wish I had looked at that pizza before driving away.😕

I like little Ceasers as a chain. The food is pretty good, and hot and ready is a great thing. That said, I have eaten at several, and this location leaves things underwhelming. At other locations, I have been able to get "Extra Most Bestest" hot and ready, but at this location, often they don't even have regular peperoni ready when I walk in. It's often a 5-10 minute wait. If I do order ahead, the "Pizza portal" doesn't work, and it takes 5 minutes to get staff attention to pickup my order.
It's still fast pizza and I appreciate that. I have just seen better service from other locations. This one is just within walking distance of my current home.

I was charged three times on my credit card instead of one . When I went in to resolve it a really nice kid was trying to resolve it for me … then a manager called Brady came in and the kid asked for his help . This Brady went in to say that little ceasers is being scammed by customers saying that their credit card had been charged and little ceasers gives them refunds and lose hundreds of dollars . I called corporate and they said they were sorry and they would have the owner call me . So far , no call . I’d be very careful when using your credit card here . Check your bank statements . I will never go there again .

Very rude service. Greeted by a woman who said whats up, like she wanted to fight, and then said what. Do. You. Want? I just was so shocked. We all have bad days, I even left you 6 bucks and you threw the pizza down on the counter in a very rude manner. It was so weird, must have been my existence in general that set her off. I haven't had little Caesar in years, so I was surprised that the pizza was much better than I recalled from the past.

Went in today to to place a big order. 20 pepperonis and 15 cheese with 10 crazy bread combos. I was told thats a big order and would be 25 minutes for them to do, it was very busy and you could here there manager or the person in charge reorganizing people in the back to best fit there store needs and encouraging her staff, even when you could see she was stressed herself. ( understandable it was so busy and alot of people where very rude ans complaining to there employees and asking to speak to there manager the door dashers in particular were impatient and didn’t want to wait in line trying to cut people in line just so they could pick up their food ) It was passed the 25 minutes tho and i still hadnt recived my order and i did have plans to get to so i asked to speak to the manager, the managed I believe her name was Addie or Abbie or something like that was so nice and understanding and revised her time and apologized profusely and offered my crying children some pizza shaped cookies the pizzas where done in the revised time!!?? Manger is Amazing, Staff Amazing, Pizza was AMAZING best location in town will be returning!! Loctation may be a little slower but totally worth the wait!!
Kid-friendliness: Manager Addie or Abbie was very understanding of my crying hungry children!
