Order then they had us pull out front to wait. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we went inside. It still wasn't ready. We observed then making the pizzas. Not one person was wearing gloves. I 🤮🤮🤮

This location never has pizza ready no matter what time it is. 7:15pm on a Monday, it's a 30 min wait and there's no customers. I can't remember the last time I actually had a pizza bc there never is any! What happened to "hot and ready"?

Apparently the drive-thru is only open and the lobby is not, came in at 630. also had to go park and wait 15 min for 1 pep pizza and bread sticks.....

Dead inside. No concern for customers, urgency, order. Go to get the family some pizza and they can't make it a simple pizza right. Extra most best? No cheese on like 4 slices, barely any cheese on the others. Not one of the employees apologized..........What happened to customer satisfaction??

Only taking online orders no coupons. Management didn’t even understand when I reordered without coupon and made me wait for breadsticks. Door on their machine didn’t work. Watched several people with similar issues getting frustrated. They also shouldn’t talk bad about the customers when they go around the corner. Just because you can’t see me doesn’t mean I can’t hear you.

Would not allow me to use gift cards because they were too busy. You cannot use them online either. Does not honor any other coupons for free crazy combos. Does not have that posted anywhere.

I love little Caesar’s. Usually. I’m the one who could go there several times a week and be content. But this location consistently struggles. If you go any time between 4-6 they have nothing hot n ready, and nothing even going in the oven. Most places prep for dinner rush. So to pull up at 5:30 and be told they had nothing ready or going but would start and it would be 20 minutes was crazy. I would highly recommend putting in an order first and hoping that works.

Went through drive through approx 23 mins ago. Tried to order. Girl at window said it would be an hour for 1 pizza and smirked- Place was not busy-so we parked out front and ordered online. Got pizza! Record time! 23 mins! Rocked! One star for snarky employee and experience. Not cool

Honestly the best Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Their location is convenient and clean, and even has a drive-thru! But as nice as those things are, my reason for the high rating is that they consistently make the best pizza I’ve ever had from a Little Caesars. The crust is perfect, never undercooked, and the flavors of everything is the best. The staff there are professional, even under pressure from agitated customers— which I witnessed first-hand today as they handled a rude and unreasonable customer. Keep up the great work you guys, and corporate should take note: this location is doing it right.
