Alright this has happened to many times now I love the crazy bread here it’s the best but for quite some time now they have been looking like this what’s going on just plain bread sometimes it’s a thin crispy Little stick of bread no garlic sauce no Parmesan nothing looks nothing like it’s supposed to

They advertise “hot and ready” not! Nobody’s in the place and no pizza for 15 minutes because they are in a rush. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The last 3 times the pizza has been horrible especially the pretzel crust. This last time it was like they made it the day before all cold and nasty. This location used to be great now I won't go back.

Avoid this location! Worst pizza ever ordered from Little Caesars! Waited for a cheese pizza to be made and received an inedible burnt pizza along with old crazy bread. It was as if it was cooked in a microwave. The pizza was so hard! It was not cut through, barely any sauce, and cheese was burned. The crazy bread was sitting in the alto shaam long enough to have melted the wax paper to the bread sticks and burned the garlic. Oh and to top it off, they ask for a tip as if they go the extra mile for their customers. What an absolute joke!

This place us THE WORST little ceasars i have even been to. The employees are rude, lazy, and refuse to take orders inside every time i have tried to order. The doors are unlocked but unless you made an online order you have to go through the drive through.

This place has gone downhill so much!!! Check your pizza every single time because they burn it or make it crappy!! We used to go here almost weekly. Save your money and go to Hungry Howies. Better pizza, better service, and cleaner work place than Littie Caesar’s. So disappointed once again in our pizza. Burnt and rock hard. 😡

I’m writing this review out of genuine frustration and disappointment. I ordered a 4-piece Detroit pizza through the drive thru and was told the wait would be about 10–15 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I went inside to ask about my order only to find that the staff had no idea my order even existed. I told them what I had ordered and what car I was in. They went to the back, only to return and tell me it would be at least another 10 minutes. At that point, I had already wasted enough time and decided to leave without my order.

The lack of communication and disorganization was incredibly frustrating. What’s worse, the team behind the counter appeared to be working without gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. The entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

There are plenty of better options out there, and I will not be returning. When you place an order, especially one confirmed with a wait time and they take your money the least you should expect is to receive it. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. Poor service, poor standards, and a complete disregard for customer time. Horrible!

This might be one of the best worst Little Caesars out there—and I mean that in the best way. If you’ve eaten at enough locations, you’ll know what I mean when I say this one just makes the pizza right. The quality and flavor are consistently better than what you’d expect from a typical Little Caesars.

That said, the service can be a bit hit or miss. Orders sometimes take longer than expected, and things don’t always run smoothly. But honestly, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to how good the pizza is. Still my go-to spot when I’m craving that classic Little Caesars flavor done right

Usually the pizza is pretty good but not last night. Cheese sticks were fresh and great but the pepperoni looked three days old. Pretty bad to hand that pizza out. It was not fresh. We should have checked before we got home but barely edible.
