Little Caesars Pizza

Rude staff and inconsistent food. I'm done going here.

This location sucks! Little Caesar's is supposed to have hot and ready pizza, this location never does! Literally every time I go here to get hot and ready pizza I have to wait for them to make new pizza. It’s dinner time, they should be prepared for people to come get hot and ready. They literally did not have any. They are losing business and money!

I came through the drive through and the guy goes “15 min wait til the pizzas are ready.” So I say ok. I go and I sit in the parking lot for 15 mins then come back to check on them. A new guy goes “you misunderstood you have to order and pay for the food then it’s another 15 min wait.” I tell him that’s not what the guy told me. Whatever, I order my food and wait. It’s been 25 minutes since I ordered my food and it’s still in the oven. TERRIBLE service.

Went by to get the pretzel pizza that they were advertising and they said that it was going to be a 10 minute wait, so I went out yo my car set a 15 minute timer and went back inside and then they said that it was going to be another 10 minutes after they had me explain the whole situation about me already buying a pizza from them. This time I set a 5 minute timer waited in my car and when the timer went off I went in and again I had to explain it to them they finally gave me the pizza but when I got it it wasn’t the pizza I wanted and the other pizza I ordered didn’t come with any of the topping I ordered

Placed an online order and drove over 20 min later when it said it was done. Put in the code and it had nothing in it, asked and was told it would be another 7 min. 20 min later they gave me a half cooked pizza with way too much cheese. Took it back for a refund to swap with pepperoni so we wouldn't have to wait again and they made us pay for it and took this one back. No apology just terrible service from what seems like all teenagers.

Pretzel crust!

Placed an app order at 4:49. At 5:57 I was told 15 to 20 minutes. At 6:17 I was told 5 minutes. I left with my order at 6:23. At no point was there an apology. The girl that gave me my pizza was actually quite rude and slammed the window before I could ask to speak to the manager. I've experienced mediocre service here before, but this was atrocious and I won't be going here again until it is confirmed that the workers today have moved on to be mediocre or atrocious somewhere else.

Man this took forever. I ordered puffs man, pepperoni puffs and it took 18 min. She said 5 to 7 minutes. 3 other customers came and went (one was a call ahead or online) and there I was, still waiting. Listening to the conversation of all the employees, just waiting. For puffs.

We ordered pizza for delivery through Door dash. We got the pizza in a timely manner. When we opened it there were cockroches in the pizza. We called them immediately and asked for a refund and they would not refund they offered another pizza that we would have to go pickup. Not a good experience

We ordered their supreme pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Both very delicious! The service was speedy and very helpful.

Literally I live right by here so I always think I'll try again...... never, not once, in years have I ever been able to drive thru and get a hot and ready pizza. There's never any pizzas made. And even when I order ahead they still tell me to pull forward and wait. Then forget about you until you have to go into the store and remind them that you're still here!!
Bread sticks are good. We typically can get those... with no pizza.
Dominos is up the street and the service is so much better.

I didn't go in so I can't tell you a lot about the atmosphere, but the service was fantastic. I think a girl named Lina was helping and was just as pleasant as could be. By the time I got my pizza and paid it was 5 minutes or less. Great job!!

Not ready at all! Terrible services!!!! Took my money and lied about wait time. Shameful service!!!!
Said they reimbursed me but didn’t. I got robbed by there dishonest employees!
