Very poor customer service went to get food was told 25 min came back 30 mins later. They told me still in progress 3 to 5 min. No big deal. Guy comes back 10 mins later your order got givin to someone else, will you please move to the front will bring it out to you OK sounds good. Waited 10 to 15 more mins nothing. Go in and our order had been done the whole time and sitting in a different oven this is the 3rd time this has happend at this location. It's the only one I ever have a problem at. It seems that the people that work at this location care more about talking about there water cups they take to school then helping customers š š just not right

This was a ridiculous experience for me. I went to this location at 7:00 on a Saturday night and the guy at the window said they had no pizza and only crazy bread, and the wait for a pizza is 25 minutes. We leave and go back 35 minutes later and they say itās a 10 minute wait still, while having 5 different people just sitting around and messing around in the back. Itās absolutely ridiculous to be out of pizza at 7:00 P.M. on a Saturday night and it be a 45 minute wait for a PEPPERONI PIZZA. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back

The WORST pizza place in town. I've tried them three separate occasions, different times of day, and no more, if we're craving little Caesars we'll drive across town to another location.
I don't know if it's because they're teenagers who work here, but they've never gotten proper training. Every pizza (save one pepperoni) has been flat like a tortilla, the crust being normal thickness but an inch or more wide. We've always had to cut our slices which is a minor complaint but adds to, were they even trained in pizza making?
The bread sticks are a joke, about 8$ a bag, received 4 sticks. No toppings. The other three times, they were undercooked, weren't even shaped and with barely any noticeable butter/cheese.
We've done online ordering, and drive thru. Wait time was typical. I've rarely encountered a little Caesars with pizza actually 'hot & ready' but personally freshness is preferred to convenience.
Save your money and drive across town or run into Walmart for a frozen pizza.

The one thing Little Caesarās is supposed to have going for it ā the only reason anyone comes here ā is that the pizza is Hot-N-Ready. Guess what wasnāt hot, ready, or even existent? The pizza.
I stood there like an idiot for 20 minutes watching employees wander around like they were solving the mystery of where the pizzas went. No apology, no update, no sense of urgency ā just vibes and disappointment.
If I wanted to wait for pizza, Iād go somewhere that doesnāt taste like sadness and middle school lunch. The whole brand collapses the moment you donāt have a āHot-N-Readyā ready.
Rename the place to Little Excuses and call it a day.

This is the worst location Iāve ever been to! I ordered online for drive through pick up and waited for 20 minutes. I finally got frustrated and pulled around front and went inside to find all three workers sitting together talking and on their phones and once they realized I entered they quickly walked away in different directions.
Someone needs to get a hold of the owner of this little Caesars because it has been going downhill for a while nowā¦. Nothing is ever ready when they say itās supposed to be ready⦠Most of the time the pizza isnāt cooked thoroughlyā¦.. The service is horrible because the teenagers have no idea what theyāre doingā¦.. It seems like they donāt care to apologize or even make the experience better each time that we come into this storeā¦. There needs to be a change as soon as possible because this is ridiculousā¦. I have no idea how this place is still open because of how bad they do all the time. They need new management and new employees as soon as possible because this little ceasars location is horrible!!! WORST IN TOWN!!! And to be frank⦠one of the worst little ceasars I have ever been to!!!!

Iāve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place, and honestly, some of the issues seem avoidable. One big thing: the younger employees arenāt even allowed to listen to music or wear AirPods while working? That kind of outdated policy can kill productivity and morale.
Itās 2025ānot the '90s. Let these kids get into their rhythm. Music helps with focus and efficiency for a lot of people. A small change like this could boost performance and even improve the experience for your customersāwhich would definitely help raise those Google reviews. Just some friendly advice from someone who wants to see businesses thrive.

Pizza is always undercooked so I started ordering on the app and specified light cheese and cooked well done. And still undercooked and has a gross amount of cheese.

Slowest pizza place ever. They ended up burning our pizza and had to refund us after an hour. Never coming to this location again.

Absolutely not. $30 order. 1 pizza missing all the pepperoni completely. Drove clear back cross town they said, āso were you looking for a refund or replacementā but would only replace the ONE pizza of the two in the flipping order. So one pizza cold and i can use the air fryer and reheat, but again, common customer service to take back the FULL order you messed up on and replace. I get it; itās Little Caesars so expect crap but this pissed me off.

Iām really disappointed with my recent visit. I went in and ordered breadsticks, asking (like I always do) for extra parmesan and butter, because without it, theyāre basically plain bread. The girl at the window said āokay,ā walked inside, and came right back out with my order. I already knew she didnāt add anything extra, it usually takes a minute to do. Sure enough, I try one, and it tastes completely unseasoned.
So I go back and explain the issue. Instead of making it right and giving me a fresh set, which wouldāve been the decent thing to do, she took back my same cold breadsticks, now 30 minutes old, and just slathered parmesan and butter on top of them. It was gross and soggy, and honestly just felt passive-aggressive.
If Iām going to pay for food, I expect it to be made correctly, especially when I politely go back to ask for what I ordered. Really disappointing customer service.

Just not the same franchise anymore. I had multiple bad experiences at a different location so thought Iād try driving all the way to this one. Same story though. Increased prices, decreased quality, and pathetic management. The amount of times Iāve walked in for a āHot N Readyā pizza and been told it will be a 25-30 minute wait is crazy. They need to change their motto at this point cause thereās nothing ready about their food.
Itās not just walkin ordering either. I tried giving them additional chances by placing orders and giving them a chance to make it. The food is burned regularly. Especially the crazy bread. Little Caesarās used to be my go to weekly. But unfortunately theyāve completely lost my business now. If I were you Iād save yourself the wasted money and time and go literally anywhere else.
