Pretty consistent at this location. Food is usually warm and not cold, which is nice and I've never had to turn around and ask for fresh fries here which is pretty great in my opinion. Definitely not afraid to do that.

Girl at the drive thru wasn’t audible at all (I could hear the background noises more than her.) she got my order completely wrong which ended up costing me twice as much. She mumbled my total so I didn’t realize my order was wrong until I got to the next window. I believe it was the manager or a shift lead at the window because he refunded me right away and got my order correct, which I appreciate, but then the employees still misunderstood, and almost remade it wrong again. (my order was very basic. 2 sausage McMuffins and a hash brown.) Then he started yelling at the employees right there, then started essentially threatening them? I don’t feel it’s ok to ever speak to employees that way, even if they mess up. It was just one of the weirdest drive-thru experiences ever.

I've given this McDonalds so many chances to improve. 4 times they gave me the wrong order. 2 times they charged me to much. 2 times I waited over 45 minutes through the drive through to get my food. 1 time in the drive through we waited 25 minutes. Seems very disorganized and mismanaged at this location. They have lost my bussiness.

We have had horrible experiences with all of the other St. George McDonalds. This place is the best. Live person took our order so we did not need to use the kiosk. Had breakfast and the Sausage McMuffin with Egg was hot and done perfectly. Potato cake also hot and golden and done perfectly. That is hard to find at most McDonalds now. Great service. Perfectly done hot food. And food comes out fast!

The people who work in the morning are amazing
