3 times in a row bad experience. No more chances not coming back
A lot of the employees seem miserable working here. Few are kind and one sighed and had one hell of an attitude because we had a few online orders. Their food was fine.

Well on the road was hungry so pulled up to the drive up at 1am ordered 20 nuggets two drinks a fry and a McDouble. And pay d for got the food at the drive up and then back on the road and of course missing nuggets so can’t trust the drive up again I know should have checked but seen a box and a burger and fry so thought we was good but nope. And yet they want a tip but they can’t get your service right

THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEES. I pull up to the window, they gave me a plain mcchicken and I thought I ordered a spicy. No big deal they’re the same price, like you’d think that they would just switch it. No the lady shoved the receipt in my face said this is your order. And made me place a new order. Never going to this location again.

We swung by to get McDonald’s and the fries were not salted. The McChicken we ordered was drowning and mayonnaise and the workers were pretty much as unprofessional as you can get….short with their sentences and they didn’t have a good attitude. Very unhappy.

Very first thing is there is no changing table for toddlers or babies. Where are you supposed to change a diaper? This location is the dirtiest McDonald's I've been into in Utah. The workers didn't clean up tables, and we weren't there at a very busy time. We won't be back to this location.

When I order from this store my orders is always missing something. I went and talk the manager and she said that it was the delivery drivery responsibility to check the order. Poor service and no responsibility at all from the manager

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve never had an issue until I started driving door dash , there’s this employee named Judith and she is horrible over drive thru , this issue with her has been going on for a week , she recognizes my voice thru the drive thru and chooses to bash disrespect and ignore me , it’s insane I assume she’s the only one working nights but no reason to treat a customer like such
I came thru last night and had a feeling she was there so I secretly recorded the whole interaction and was polite as possible
I told her I had a door dash for Olivia ,
She replies ,”olivia hmmmmm , nope I don’t see it,
I reply with more details to the order she just starts laughing and saying sorry we don’t have that order , I asked her if I could show her at the 2nd window from my phone
She says “no”
I’m baffled and confused at that point ,
I asked her would it help if I gave the first 4 numbers of the DoorDash order she replied “no because it’s not on my screen “
So I canceled the order it immediately popped back up and I accepted it again
Assuring address was right and every other factor
She once again told me no and begans laughing again and said In Spanish “ solo sal del camino” wich mean “get out of the way” not knowing me and my girlfriend both speak Spanish , we remained cool canceled the order once again and calmly left , the whole interaction was recorded due to this being the 3rd interaction we’ve had with her so we decided to prerecord upon arrival

You guys really need to work on your employee’s attention to detail, quality of work, attitude, and customer service. This place truly sucks. I get it, it’s crappy food and cheap but that doesn’t excuse the fact that the attitude, quality, and attention should lack. Especially when you pay money. Do better. Worst employees and worst service. Truly terrible. I wish I could do negative stars.
