I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I had a mad craving for some fresh french fries from MD's. I got there ordered one of the new snack wraps french fries and a drink, & before I left I tasted one of the fries to make sure it wasn't stale- and they were. So I politely asked the guy at the window if I can get some fresh fries & he looks at another guy (manager?) & kind of rolled his eyes and said... she wants fresh fries... (annoyed) The audacity of me right? I mean when you only order a couple of things you'd think it wouldn't be that hard to get it right. Anyway they made me pull over into a stall to wait for fresh fries. I was sitting there for a few minutes so I decided to take a bite of the snack wrap the tortilla was so hard that I had to just take the meat out and eat it on its own. Then the guy came out with the fries in a new bag and I picked one out and tasted it it was fresh so I leave & I'm going along my merry way eating the fries but after I ate a few off the top I realized it was the same old stale fries they had just given me, with a layer of fresh fries on the top! WTH! That's just Diabolical! And in this case I may be calling corporate because it is not OK, too purposely go out of your way to Mess around with peoples food like that. Do better Bluff MD's I'm sure you'll be getting a visit from your district manager soon!

SINCE WHEN DOES MCDONALD HOURS 24 hours one night , closes at 11 another night and then midnight another night 🤦🏼♀️ Pulled up to McDonald's looked it up. Google says open 24 hours pull up to the place. They have two cars waiting drive thru and it's already like 11 something. Then they had a cone blocking the drive-through, So I called them and asked them if there's a reason and they said yes they're closed and it doesn't show hours anywhere else so Girl had a really snobby attitude cause I just drove all the way over there to get food an all of a sudden, people don't wanna work the normal McDonald's hours so they got the schedule all jacked up.... lame and ole girl needs to calm herself

Typically not picky with McDonald’s. This location was pretty dirty with trash overflowing. We received 3 different batches of fries and all were pretty old and stale. Service was a little slow but ok. Biggest complaints was the cleanliness and the bad fries. Just want to bring this to their attention so they can improve.

I came here a week ago and my food took 30-40 minutes
This time I came just for ice cream and get this. And when I asked fora new one he laughed and closed the window. This place is terrible.

All the southern utah location suck. They are NOT 24hrs. YOU NEVER KNOW if they close early like tonight. It's 11pm and the drive thru is closed. Ever since it got bought out, it has gone downhill. Take notes from Del Taco. You have a long line in the drive thru and a guy comes out and cuts off the many cars that have been sitting there for almost 15 minutes. As I sit here writing this, i have counted 20+ cars come through. Guess you don't care about your business.

Burgers must have sat out a long time. Requested no onions and I think they realized after making and the removed almost all of the onions. I eat at several locations in St. George and have never had such terrible food. Kids nuggets could not be eaten. Not my usual experience at other locations
