Edit* I feel like I’m being pranked at this point. I responded in the link they sent me, and waited all day just to receive a blank l email with no resolution. I just want my money back. This place is a complete joke. We placed an order for pickup on 12/16/25 around 7:50 pm. We got there and both drive thrus were blocked off, we tried to go inside, and the doors were locked, as they’re having a Christmas party inside. We had to call at least 6 times before they answered with an attitude to inform us they were closed, we told them we had already paid and ordered through the app and he told us to get a refund on the app, which I tried but it said the order is being prepared so it won’t let me get a refund, I asked if they were supposed to be closed and he just said merry Christmas and hung up on us, honestly insane, I have never experienced anything like this, at this point I lost my money, my rewards, and got no explanation or help.

truly, a scam of an establishment how do you accept orders when you are “closed”. are they officially closed? no. They just decided on a random Tuesday night to have a Christmas party but still leave the app open to accept orders and just lock the doors. Nobody’s answering the phones and when they finally do, you’re heavily inconveniencing them and interrupting their party. they don’t care that they’ve stolen your money and won’t be giving you the food you ordered. is it crazy to think that in this economy if I already paid 50+ dollars on dinner for my entire family for the evening that I find it hard to afford to sit here and turn around and go and pay for a completely different meal at a different location because I can’t even get a refund immediately for this order that you’re refusing to fulfill.

I had a craving for an Bi MC about 9 o’clock in the evening and drove through McDonald’s drive-through. I ordered a big Mac with no pickles by itself. Your order taker had to ask multiple times whether I wanted it as a meal I said no, just a sandwich alone. When I got home, it was the most disgusting excuse for a big Mac I have ever seen in my life. It had like 10 pickles on it, hands full of lettuce sauce everywhere coming out of the bun completely disassemble mess. Just absolutely no regards to the customer or pride in the food served. I won’t be having that craving again.

Much better than the newest location in town was able to get McFlurry the other location did not have a working machine

If this McDonald’s is “open 24 hours,” then I am the Queen of England, because clearly somebody here is just making up numbers for fun.
So it is 10.46 at night. Not 11. Not midnight. Not the witching hour. Ten forty six. I pull up to pick up a DoorDash like a responsible adult trying to earn a living, and the lobby is already locked up like they are hiding state secrets in there. Fine. Whatever. I decide to roll around to the drive thru. Surely that must be open, right?
Wrong. That drive thru was shut down so hard you’d think they were protecting it from zombies. No lights, no voices, not even a “sorry we’re closed” sign. Just straight up dead silence.
Let me remind everyone again that this place advertises itself as open 24 hours. Not “open when we feel like it.” Not “open until we get sleepy.” Not “open but sometimes we disappear at 10.46 because we got tired of frying things.”
Twenty four hours. As in all day. As in all night. As in the entire point of the number twenty four.
Now I’m out here wasting gas, wasting time, and wasting my patience because somebody in management clearly decided to take their own hours into their own hands. And yes, it messes with driver ratings. Yes, it counts against us. Yes, customers think we are the problem. Meanwhile McDonald’s is in the back playing hide and seek with the whole town.

Best drive thru experience. Food was amazing and hot. Frappe was amazing as well. I also come at night and the drive thru lady is fast and has exceptional customer service
