This is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. We noticed several people sitting at tables and standing in the lobby without food when we entered. No employee to take an order at the register so we went to the kiosk. Ordered our food and waited 20 minutes and noticed that no one else was getting their food. At 30 minutes we asked how long it would be and were told they would call our number when our food was ready. Someone who was there before us asked about their order as it had been 45 minutes wait for them and were told there was 25 orders before them. It appears that they are only concerned about the drive thru orders and leave people in the lobby to wait. Manager appeared frustrated that we asked for a refund. If you can’t serve your customers that walk in then lock the doors and only serve drive thru.

This was the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. The crispy chicken sandwich was way overcooked and hard as a rock. The bun was burned. The fries were completely cold. And we ordered from the app and indicated the table we were at. The app said the food would be delivered to our table. After waiting a long time, I finally went up to the front, had a hard time getting anyone's attention, and found my order was just sitting there. Not impressed!Also all the garbage cans were over flowing and the bathroom was filthy. Yuck.

I put an order in when the restaurant was open and show up to the workers having a pow wow in the back smoking up cigarettes. They said they were closed because they had alot to do. Had to cancel my order and wasn’t giving a refund.
