I don't recommend this McDonalds, after standing at the counter for 10 min,no one working the counter. I proceeded to place my own order at the kiosk, take the plastic table number and find a place to sit. My son works at this venue and has done for well over a year. In all this time I have NEVER had any issue with receiving the family discount. Not once have I been given a hard time when asking for the family discount that's offered to all employees family members!Afternoon and evening staff have always been so respectful, and never given me attitude or caused issues if my son isn't with me, they simply ask me to confirm who he is. McDonald's has received mixed reviews. One customer noted that the service was quick at the drive-thru, but found the repeated question of "is that everything?" to be frustrating. However, they appreciated the friendliness of the woman at the window. The staff at this McDonald's are trying to improve, with some employees like Sandy providing amazing customer service. Some employees are super sweet and do an amazing job even when busy. However, there are still issues with customer service and recent corporate decisions, such as the removal of the dining room beverage fountain. There are also issues with making drinks like the sugar-free vanilla iced coffee right on the first try.
