I order through the drive through and they stuck a recipe to my car. I don’t think that’s the way it’s supposed to be and then when they park me that have someone deliver it that didn’t even talk to me or ask if I needed anything else. The parish family needs to be doing better with controlling their stores.

McDonalds - I love it. You never know what you're going to get. Two days ago I watch 5 cars leave the drive thru line after it becomes apparent nobody will be bothered to take anybody's order. Today my husband and I with our backseat full of screaming kids get invited to go drinking at the town hotspot by the guy at the window who looks like he himself can't be older than 12 years old.
We could all use a little more uncertainty.
That's why I come back. Not for the food - for the experience.

Your steak and egg and onion bagel. Was the driest most horrible sandwich I’ve ever had and it didn’t even have onions on it. I went through the drive-through opened it up, took a bite not realizing pulled back around went in asked the gentleman. He said he’d make me a new one came back just as bad but a couple burnt onions on it. The steak patty was like a hockey puck so I just asked for my money back. The manager came over said did you put it on a credit card or cash? I said I paid cash. She didn’t say anything. Sorry about that. Is there something else we can get you. That is horrible PR I wish I would’ve taken a photo of this. Look at your one star bracket that should tell you something!

By far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. In the 20 minutes I stood there waiting for my food (which is unreal in of itself) I witnessed almost 100% of the orders before me being handed out incorrectly with missing items or wrong items. Also, people from the drive thru were also coming in needing their orders fixed. Even though my order number on the screen said it was ready, it hadn’t even been started yet as far as I could tell. I finally had to ask them what’s taking so long and they got it to me 2 minutes later. However, my order was 80% inaccurate. I didn’t have any missing items, just items that were supposed to be something else. They also had some poor high school kid running the show all by himself up front. I almost stood at the door to tell people to go somewhere else and not to bother with this location because they’ll end up just being disappointed. They need a serious staff restructuring and better leadership.

Can we please help them. I ordered my food online at 9 when leaving Walmart. Got through the drive through at 9:17 and asked to park in one of the stalls. I just got my food at 9:34. There has to be something done to speed up the process I only had 4 sausage egg muffins and drinks.

This location drives me bonkers. Every time I come here, morning or lunch, or afternoon no matter what I order we have to wait in the drive through extra parking stalls. Mind you all I’m usually ordering us chicken nuggets. How does this always seem to be a debacle for them? I’ve never had any issues at any other locations but this one STRUGGLES. Is it lack of staff? Lack of effort? I don’t know why I keep coming back. Each time I’m told to wait it reminds me to stop visiting this location. UPDATE: just had to call inside as I have been waiting over 10 minutes. They lost my order in the shuffle. This is pathetic.
