Can we please help them. I ordered my food online at 9 when leaving Walmart. Got through the drive through at 9:17 and asked to park in one of the stalls. I just got my food at 9:34. There has to be something done to speed up the process I only had 4 sausage egg muffins and drinks.

This location drives me bonkers. Every time I come here, morning or lunch, or afternoon no matter what I order we have to wait in the drive through extra parking stalls. Mind you all I’m usually ordering us chicken nuggets. How does this always seem to be a debacle for them? I’ve never had any issues at any other locations but this one STRUGGLES. Is it lack of staff? Lack of effort? I don’t know why I keep coming back. Each time I’m told to wait it reminds me to stop visiting this location. UPDATE: just had to call inside as I have been waiting over 10 minutes. They lost my order in the shuffle. This is pathetic.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Ask for extra pickles you get one. Then extra pickles are two on a burger which should be three to start. Onions? They dried up and blew away before hitting the sandwich. Just a few pieces. Standing at counter employee looks at you holding sandwich and turns away and walks away. Manager has zero clue as to what to do with employees. Bathrooms are beyond gross won’t post that picture. You can floss your teeth let’s just say. They told me no extra ketchup. You get a single packet per small fry. Burger was cooked yesterday it seems. Threw it away. All tables have a grease look and food just washed around the tables. No employees have a smile. Definitely choose a different one down the road. This one is zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I have to do a one star. Who crew needs fired. Start over. Very rude when asked to fix something

I door dash and anytime I get an order to pick up at night past 10 PM from this place I instantly regret accepting. It takes over 30 minuets every time to pick up orders from this location. The workers all seem like they hate it here especially the people on mics . GET THESE PEOPLE HELP or GET NEW PEOPLE. The locations on the BLVD, Telegraph, or Bluff never have this issue. The fact it has happened multiple times to me shows maybe I’m at fault for trying to write off the other experiences as just bad nights but no it has been every night that I get a pick up from here I just wasted 30-45 minutes of my time. As I write this I have been inline since 12:45 for 1, ONE SANDWICH THAT SOMEONE ORDERED. THE LINE IS NOT EVEN LONG TOO!!!

This is my go to McDonald’s in St George. It doesn’t get too busy and the good and service is always great.
The whole workforce there should be fired. Lazy. Told me the manager was not available to talk to after i waited 20min going through the drive through and they gave every car after me their food before me then tried to give me one sausage mcmuffin instead of the 2 i paid for. 3 items 20min and it wasn't busy at all

I ordered caramel frappes and I got Villain ice coffee instead, my cookie totes were cold and hard and my fries was missing. It happens every night
