What a hidden gem ! So glad we made it. Such friendly service and smiles and delicious food. Seriously some of the best. We got pork dumplings and Dan Dan noodles. What we got was a mountain of food š that was delicious and satisfying. Honestly the best in its category we have ever had and we go out and eat a lot. Unique flavors but a traditional homestyle warmth. Oh and the Boba tea! A lot of the ingredients are house made and you can tell the quality does not taste mass produced.
Cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu ! Thank you for everything.

Hands down the best!!! We got the pork dumplings pan fried, dan dan noodles and pork bun. We will be back time and again this is absolutely phenomenal! They are so wonderful and nice such a great spot if you are in St George area this is a must stop. Thank you truly for such a fantastic meal it will be the highlight of our trip up here.

What a hidden gem of a food truck! The owner is from Sichuan province in China and is so incredibly friendly - her food isnāt spicy like Sichuan cuisine but has a wonderfully authentic flavor. We had a variety of buns, wonton soup, fried rice, and boba. Absolutely recommend if youāre craving straightforward and delicious Chinese food.

I keep coming back to this Chinese food truck in St. George, and every dish is so good! This time pork noodles were spot onāsuper authentic and brought me right back to my time living in China. Every time Iāve gone, the lady running the truck is so friendly and makes you feel right at home with her great customer service. Itās such a gem of a local spot, and I definitely recommend it to anyone craving some real Chinese flavors!
I spent some time in Taiwan and havenāt had good dumplings since I was there, the bao buns and noodles are also seriously the best homemade food youāve ever had. The lady who runs the truck is so sweet/friendly and really takes pride in what she does. Love this place and recommend to everyone

WOW. From hello to the last bite I was hooked. The owners are the nicest people. Theyāre from China and make incredible food. What more do I need to say? But really, I got the Sesame Noodles which are similar to Dan Dan Noodles and they were the best version Iāve had since living in China. The buns are homemade by the mom, I had the BBQ and it was delicious. Portions were excellent for the price. Canāt recommend enough. Iāll be back every time Iām in St. George.
Edit: I came back the next day and the Szechuan Pork Rice Bowl, Pork Dumplings and the Honey Lemonade. WOW. So so tasty. I canāt recommend enough.
