I've been here many times over the years, in fact, I've been here multiple times this year and it usually good...except for today unfortunately. I'm speaking to the management in this review. I have about three problems that were very present in my visit today. One: the food was very stale and not fresh at all. We arrived at about 4pm. Dinner price Fridays. I always love those little bean balls, but the bottoms were hard. Also, those yummy cookies with the whole almond in them...also very stale. And the crab legs, one of the claws was completely dried up on the inside. The clams had a strange taste, etc. etc. At the very least, if you charge dinner prices all day, the food should at least reflect that. Two: the place was not packed, so it should have been easy for the plates to be cleared and the waters to be refilled regularly, but not so. Three: we were there about 35 minutes and a person brought the check, waters were still empty. If it was really busy, I can understand, but this really felt like an insult. Here is a suggestion for the future: focus on making your customers happy and the money will come, but if you focus on the money while neglecting your customers, money will always be a struggle.

This is the best Chinese buffet we have ever been to! They have everything from sushi, to crab legs, to seaweed salad, and even oysters! Pretty good price for the selection of food, and we went at around 8pm and it was still busy and food was still hot&fresh! Didnt expect to find this gem on our way through Utah!

Grimy setting, dirt so old you can't clean. If the shampooed the carpet, only concrete would remain. Food is overpriced for the quality. 20+ items never get touched, so why keep them? Price doesn't include drinks, expect to pay extra $3 for that.

Came for a fatherâs day outing and got food poisoning. The waiter came by with water and my dad asked for more tea and he raised his hand and said âyou need to waitâ and walked away. we had asked to move tables at the beginning (which i understand is annoying for waiters) but we were right by the door and it was really hot and we had been outside for an hour prior. when we asked he was very rude and rolled his eyes. when we were leaving, i would say about 4-5 workers were looking at us and shaking their heads with a gross look on their face too. the food is decent, i do enjoy my sea food. personally i am very picky and i will pick from the bottom of the tray to make sure iâm not getting something thatâs been sitting at the top for a long time. still, got sick. itâs just unfortunate that they canât keep their foods at a safe temperature. i know itâs seafood so obviously more risk, but they werenât super nice to begin with. đ
