I don't really go out my way to leave a review however this time I feel like it's NEEDED! I don't know who the General Manager is but he needs to teach his employees manners. My server was excellent however one of her managers came out and completely yelled at her in front of my kids they got scared!! I'VE NEVER seen a manager YELL at a employee in front of the restaurant with NO SHAME. Our server said her was diana or dona I forgot her name however that should NEVER be the case and I will be reporting this to their company. I felt terrible seeing our server tear up so I left a good tip but I will never come back again. WHAT A SHAME YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!!!

We went in on a Wednesday a little after they opened. It was not very busy, yet the service provided was not very great. We had a toddler and a 1 year old with us. Usually when we are taken to our booth or table, we are asked if we would like a high chair. The hostess just dropped us off without saying a word and the waitress took awhile to attend us and our fussy 1 year old. A table got there after us with a baby and were immediately helped and provided with their drinks and breadsticks. I was not very happy after that. As for the food, it was alright.

Went to box up my leftovers to see a piece of plastic underneath one of the tortellini pieces. Not just a small piece either. Our server was great. I believe her name was Ashley. Not her fault at all and she did great. But not a great look for the kitchen

Food is always good, just never really great. It's a classic chain restaurant. Italian food made for the masses. Bottomless soups and salads with entrees are great. Always busy and no matter how good the server is, they are usually too busy to make sure everything is as you want. I have at worse, but also better. Think chili's, but Italian.

Went for my daughters 40th birthday. We got great food. I loved it. We went on to mesquite for some fun and on the way back ordered food to go. It was also great.
