Nice place and good service but really bad and poor food. I ordered prawns and they were served on a plate of overcooked and tasteless spaghetti. Two forkfuls and it was already fake. High prices for the nothing they offer. Not recommended

Ashley, the gal that does the to go orders, is amazing. She gets every detail right. Remembers my order just from hearing my name when I say who's calling. She truly understands what customer service is. If you want your take out to be perfect. Ashley is your girl!

This is second time while visiting St George that we have attempted to eat at the Olive Garden.. Both times we put our names on the waiting list ahead of time and website said it will be 20-30 minutes.. When we arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes, both times we were told it would be an additional 30 minute wait. What is the point of a on line waiting list, if you still have to wait with everyone else in the lobby for over 30 minutes? Both times the seating hostes was also very rude. We will not attempt to eat at the Olive Garden in St George ever again.

They were BUSY and there was a shortage of wait staff. Had to ask for mints after meal. Had to WAIT for everything including a drink and silverware and a "refill" on our all you can eat salad.

We called ahead to dine in on Friday around 5:00 pm. The restaurant was very busy but were able to seat us within 10 minutes. We ordered the endless soup and salad and we were served hot bread sticks right away. I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup a couple times an it was great.

my husband placed a to go order for me while he was at work because i’ve been sick recently. I get there in my car to pick up the order and a man comes out and just shoves a clipboard at me and says i need you to fill this out for my team, very rude tone insinuating that i was a horrible person. It was for a tip, which i guess my husband forgot to tip on the website when he was ordering. For a takeout order, tipping shouldn’t be expected-you’re not waiting on me or serving me throughout a meal. I understand you package and bring out my order, which is appreciated, however your hourly should cover that aspect of your job and tipping shouldn’t be pushed onto customers in a rude manner. Especially when they’re paying for an already overpriced meal, with smaller portions than if it would be sit down. Left a very small tip, shouldn’t have tipped anything. I thought tipping was for services provided, and wasn’t aware that giving someone a bag of food warranted a huge tip and rude manner. Left feeling completely gross. maybe olive garden should compensate their workers without the expectation that tipping is a given. Tipping culture is out of control here, and the industry is saturated with entitled people. I worked in the restaurant industry and would never have treated people this way.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent debacle at Olive Garden. Their staff is as inept as it gets. Despite the waitlist indicating a 15-minute wait, I was left standing for a whopping 45 minutes. Families strolled in, occupying tables left and right, yet accommodating a party of 6 seemed rocket science to them. Every inquiry to the front staff was met with their pathetic excuses, promising a table "soon" without delivering. And when they finally claimed to have a table, they had the audacity to retract it, citing some managerial decision. I had to spell it out for them: their system is garbage. They could have easily split us into smaller groups, but no, they'd rather cling to their flawed waitlist nonsense. I won't grace their establishment with my presence ever again. Screw their system, screw their service.

Service was terrible I don't normally criticize customer service. I know its a weekend and I understand that working on this day and must be awful but, atleast fake it till you make it. The server was straight up angry. When she asked how much cheese you wanted, she didn't even give it to you. When we found long blonde hair on the food we where accused of placing a hair in our food. By the way all of us only have short red hair and black hair. Then when we get our receipt we find multiple charges of food we didn't even receive or order. We were told the manager was supposed to come but he or she never showed up. We normally have a great time and don't have to leave a review in other Olive Gardens around the state but this one was a let down.
