Tonight your staff ruined my son’s prom group dinner! They had a reservation that was made on Monday & confirmed on Wednesday. My son called to tell you they would be 10 minutes late. Very responsible & courteous for a group of teenagers. They arrived 10 minutes late like he informed the staff they would be & were told they no longer had a table & would need to wait for 40 minutes! Your staff should be ashamed!
