Wait staff were slow even though there were only 5 or 6 tables total at the time

This restaurant is dirty. I couldn't even enjoy my food. The walls by the booths look like they never get wiped. They wiped the food from tables on the floor and just never swept

My steak was so done it was chewy. I told the waiter that it ended up well done and he said yes that's well done and didn't offer anything to remedy the situation

Went here a few days ago and man I tell you. It was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. Hostess was very sweet and sat us at a booth not too far from the entrance as our feet were tired from hiking Zions earlier that day. Our Server was on top of it. They had our drinks filled up before we even had to ask, took care of our needs such as providing our sauces for the amazingly cooked blooming onion burger I got medium. And the Carrot Cake for our dessert was delicious! My wife got the Queensland Pasta and she loved it! Place was kept tidy and atmosphere was great! So many compliments to the cooks and the manager for providing us with such an awesome experience. Will be back next time we visit St. George!

Horrible first time and will be my last. Waitress was not available or made herself not available majority of our stay. Had to get someone to get our Waitress so we could pay and leave. Our steak was the quality of $3 with absolutely no seasoning, most bland food I have ever tasted and the drinks were weak as well...mostly ice. The atmosphere/ decor in desperate need of change. Would have bought more if our Waitress was available or lacking being available. Never would I or my husband will return to this establishment. There was also a few other people complaining about their food when we were leaving that night as well.

Only 2 servers on staff at lunch. Med well done steak way past well done. GF options few and far between. The oil the bloomin onion was cooked in was old enough we could smell that it was old when it was placed on our table. Remember now why it's been a couple of years since we've been there, probably be that many more until we go back.

Dietary restrictions: GF is not part of the language spoken here.

We sat down at 623 pm, to a half empty restaurant. Hour and 10 minutes later we still had not got our appetizer. That we never got. Then came out food. Lukewarm and bland. Only go here if Applebee's is busy. And saying something.

Tonight your staff ruined my son’s prom group dinner! They had a reservation that was made on Monday & confirmed on Wednesday. My son called to tell you they would be 10 minutes late. Very responsible & courteous for a group of teenagers. They arrived 10 minutes late like he informed the staff they would be & were told they no longer had a table & would need to wait for 40 minutes! Your staff should be ashamed! These kids don’t get a prom re-do and trying to have a nice dinner & get to the dance in time is not going to happen for them now. Terrible!

Hit and miss. The last two times we ate there we were all disappointed with our steaks.

We ordered food to go. I got Kingsland steak and shrimp, my dad got a ribeye. I have ordered the Kingsland everytime I eat at outback and it is always soo good. I don't know what happened but there was no sauce at all on my pasta. The steak was dried out it was like it had been sitting in that container for hours. My dad's steak was very grissly. Alot of fat. This was Saturday at 2 in the afternoon. We ordered and went and picked it up 15 minutes later. I am very disappointed. It was a 70 dollar meal for us but it should have not cost anything. Very poor quality. I am so sad about this.

With steak so expensive, I get to enjoy a filet once a year. I’m not expecting a “cut with a fork” filet at Outback, but I’m glad they gave me a sharp knife! The filet served gave up a good fight, not wanting to get cut. It was very stringy and grizzly.
The young lady serving us was just wonderful. A great kid with a bright future!

Had a wonderful lunch here. Got the chimichuri filet. It was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Took a while to get our food, but once it came out, it was perfect.we had a party of 7 and they handled us with ease.
