Was really disappointed in this place I've eaten at a lot of pandas Washington State Oregon the Bay area Los Angeles area Orange county area and Utah. Lots of people standing around and trying to figure out what they're supposed to do how they're supposed to order. I placed my mobile order and sat inside and waited 15 minutes. The orange chicken tasted very off I don't know how to describe it

Food was old and we did not get enough!
Way too burned and overcooked
Placed online order and arrived after being informed my order was ready. Went to the counter and was told they didn't know where my food was, and I had to "Just deal with it." Waited 15 minutes, and they admitted they were filling orders recorded after mine. 45 minutes after arrival, they finally found my order and blamed it on me for placing an online order and not standing in line. Completely unacceptable treatment.

They accidentally messed up part of our order but we’re very helpful in getting it resolved. It wasn’t a great experience but they made everything right in the end!

We ordered a large à la carte order for Christmas Eve dinner (seems to be the new trend—think A Christmas Story). When I arrived, there was a HUGE line, along with multiple delivery drivers waiting for online orders. Some had been waiting over an hour for their DoorDash pickups.
I admit, I was frustrated. I had placed my order early in the day and felt it should be prioritized over recent online and in-store orders. At one point, we even considered abandoning our $100 order and getting in line to reorder just so I could make it home in time for the Christmas Eve party I was hosting.
Just as we were about to give up, my order was finally filled. Even though the night didn’t go as planned, I was so impressed by how hard the staff was working. The cook was moving incredibly fast, ensuring dishes were available almost constantly, and the most senior worker was meticulously checking every order for accuracy while remaining gracious under pressure.
I truly hope this review reaches the store manager. Everyone working on Christmas Eve deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work during such a hectic night.

Panda is a panda is a panda. Express, I mean. The food is great when you want it, and I want it frequently. Orange chicken is always a favorite. Spitfire, honey walnut shrimp, angus steak, Kung pau, I mean -- do they make a bad dish here? Answer: NO they do not. Love it all. Thanks Express version of a Panda!

The girl at the start of your line needs to check her attitude and not just say what else. Have some sort of customer service. Several customers were displeased with her service.

Food was decent but if you order to go make sure they actually put everything you ordered into your plate. I got home and found out they never gave me the teriyaki chicken I ordered. It's written on the container but there's no chicken.

Gelreat experience here tonight. Large portions. We ordered the Chef Special and didn't like it. They swapped us for something else. Cooks in the kitchen area we're working hard to keep up.

Kaitlyn L served me, and she was phenomenal. She was quick and efficient, cracking jokes with a smile, and appeared to enjoy what she was doing.
They ran out of orange chicken and asked if a two minute wait was okay, I obliged. She gave me a free drink because of it which was very polite. And then to top it off, she put extra orange chicken in my order.
I heard a cook talking and laughing with 2 customers she knew, it was a delightful experience. Incredible service

Why are the noodles always so dry n hard? No one welcomes you. The orange xhicken isn't
Consistent in flavor. They don't
Cha.ge out the entree soon
enought before looking congealed.
