I ordered a pick up order. One of the meals I ordered was a 2 meat plate with one side. I was entirely missing one of the meats. I did not get double of the first meat either. Just an empty space where the second meat should have been. The one meat I DID receive was wrong. I double checked the sticker on the box and the sticker was correct. The contents of the box were not. I also received another persons pick up order drink. The drink has a sticker with someone else’s name on it. I ordered 3 meals in total and only 2 fortune cookies, one of which was busted. I have been craving Panda for a long time now and was finally vacationing to a town that had it. This was a huge disappointment. I am someone who has a good amount of patience for human beings making mistakes but this just seems like complete inattentiveness to me.

I went to this Chinese food restaurant to pick up some lunch for my husband. I ordered chow mein, steamed rice, orange, and teriyaki chicken. I had to wait for the chow mein and teriyaki chicken. They were low on those 2 items when I walked in. Took about 10 minutes, and then I was able to pay for my food. Everything tasted good, and check out was easy.

Placed a big order online that had a two hour estimate pick up time. I called the store and talked to the manager (sadly I didn’t get her name) to see if there was anyway I can pick it up sooner, she told me they can get it ready in 30-40 min, and their estimate time was right on. Food was good and customer service was excellent. Very kind and friendly staff.

Terrible app experience. We ordered through the app at a desginated time, which was 30 minutes ahead. We arrived at our designated time and even went inside to let them know we were here. The long line inside and in the drive thru both cleared multiple times, at MINIMUM 30 people were helped before we even got our food. we arrived at 7:30pm and didn't receive our food until 7:50pm . ridiculous

Hannah at the drive thru. Had amazing customer service. We had just come from the hospital from seeing a family member who is critically ill. She made all the difference in our evening. We will continue to come to panda at this location due to the service we received. Much appreciated Hannah!
