I love Panda Express don’t get me wrong but I ordered a small box of orange chicken and when I took out and it spread them out there was a hair mixed in it.

Went through the drive thru. Used a coupon and a gift card. Had an issue with the gift card but they were so kind. Had to pull around and come in to figure it out. I appreciate their patience and speedy service. I think Cindy was the manager and she was very kind.

I ordered a pick up order. One of the meals I ordered was a 2 meat plate with one side. I was entirely missing one of the meats. I did not get double of the first meat either. Just an empty space where the second meat should have been. The one meat I DID receive was wrong. I double checked the sticker on the box and the sticker was correct. The contents of the box were not. I also received another persons pick up order drink. The drink has a sticker with someone else’s name on it. I ordered 3 meals in total and only 2 fortune cookies, one of which was busted. I have been craving Panda for a long time now and was finally vacationing to a town that had it. This was a huge disappointment. I am someone who has a good amount of patience for human beings making mistakes but this just seems like complete inattentiveness to me.

I went to this Chinese food restaurant to pick up some lunch for my husband. I ordered chow mein, steamed rice, orange, and teriyaki chicken. I had to wait for the chow mein and teriyaki chicken. They were low on those 2 items when I walked in. Took about 10 minutes, and then I was able to pay for my food. Everything tasted good, and check out was easy.
