Food was bland -Not much flavor. I was hoping the salsa would have some flavor but it was pretty plain also.
The Picante sauce just didn't help:(

We decided to try Paulas. We were not disappointed. We are from Calif. of course with alot of good Mexican food. We had yet in 5 years found a good spot/ sit down restaurant. The servers are excellent, food delivered fast and hot. The food most of all, is very very good. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Daughter came here a week ago. Waited for 45 minutes to get their food. We tried tonight thinking it was an off night for them. Waited for 20 minutes with at least ten other people. Empty tables but nobody moved. We decided not to repeat what our daughter experienced. Not enough help.

We had a reservation for 35 people and called to confirm with the manager three times that day. We showed up and the manager had left without informing anyone of our group. We waited thirty minutes to be seated and had one server for our group. The service was terrible. Great view, terrible service!

It was not that busy and it took a couple minutes for them to take us to our seats, and then proceeded to take 15 to get our menu’s. It was good food but the service we received was under expectations. Regardless, our server was polite when she did help, and maybe it was just a bad day for us to visit but it wasn’t the best experience. I’d try this place once but I wouldn’t go back again.

Service was slow because they were busy. It took 20 minutes to get drinks and orders in, but they were all over making sure we were well taken care of once they got to us.
Love the servers at Paula's. We had Susie this time and she's awesome!

Perfect experience!! It was our first time going to Paula’s. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, there was no wait time and the prices were very reasonable!

This is your average Mexican food restaurant. The food was good, but nothing exciting. The waitress and food staff were great! The prices for the lunch menu were especially good.
