Pica Rica for the win! I was hesitant to go because it sounded too good to be true. I am from the south and have not found any BBQ that tastes like home in Utah. Pica Rica…tastes like home. They know what they are doing. It is fantastic. Has all the tried and true smoked meats, as well as other great additions. The house sauce was awesome, but none of the meats needed it. Smokers are out on the back patio. Everyone was welcoming. Can we give it a 6 star rating? We will be back for sure!

Wow!! This spot is the place to be for BQQ. Love the Mexican flavor behind it. Really good service and great music. 10/10 will come back when in town.

Everybody needs to understand what they're getting into when you go into this restaurant. My daughter and I went there today for lunch. We had: brisket (3 slices) turkey (2 slices) ribs (2 ribs) corn, chips and queso and our bill was $70!!!!! How on God's green earth does that little amount of food equate to that kind of a price tag? We drink water, we didn't have any extras or dessert. I will never go back to this place unless they do a radical revamp of their pricing. It is overpriced and not worth that kind of money for that little amount of food. I literally paid $8 For each slice of brisket!? I don't recall what my ribs were because I was so mad when I walked out I threw my bill away, but I think I paid $8 or $9 per rib. I am disappointed to be leaving a review like this because I've owned a restaurant and I know how hard it is, but this is over the top. I wish I would've known the pricing before I ever stepped foot in it. Yes I could've left, but I had already ordered the food and we were already there, but they lost me as a customer.

Best bbq in Utah. It was super busy but they still found time to give us a tour. Highly recommended.

We stop here whenever possible when traveling all the way from Las Vegas. Vegas has so much barbecue and all of it is mediocre or worse. Pica Rica is the only thing worth trying within a 3 hour radius. Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix and this place in St. George are the only places I’ll have barbecue in the southwest. It truly is some of the best outside of Texas and would compete there as well.

It's delicious, but when they say Mexican style, I imagined something spicier, something different, but everything is delicious, especially the mole and tamarind sauce.

First time in and all I can say when I walk around down town and all you can smell is those smokers. Food was so delicious!! We got the $120 meal that feeds 4 and it was 6 of us. Customer service was 10/10. Easy to order much easier to eat. Will be coming back.

What are you doing with your life if you aren’t here eating some of the most incredible Texas-style smoked meats outside of the Lone Star State! This is a can’t miss spot of BBQ Nirvana in St. George, Utah. We followed the Texas Monthly BBQ Trail into the #7 spot outside of Texas. The sliced brisket was perfectly smoked and tender. We loved the Mole BBQ sauce with it. Serrano and Cheddar Sausage had a great flavor and snap. Burnt ends were just right. Don’t pass on their legendary smoked and then fried Chicken Sandwich or the Philly Cheese Steak with White Queso dipping sauce🤯🤯🤯! Service was phenomenal and we can’t wait to go back. What a meal!!
