The service and food are delicious and the bread stick was to die for everyone from the order taker to the GM were fantastic but you also have to try the cinnamon breadstick that is in a world of its own

Amazing amazing food! Breadsticks are off the chart! Caplin family always takes care of us!
I love Pizza Factory. I always get a full plate of pasta with Fettuccine noodles, grilled chicken and creamy szechuan sauce. However, the last couple times that I’ve ordered that, they’ve put like, some kind of pesto sauce on it. Other than that though, I love the pizza factory
Nothing you can't order that you won't love!

The pizza is very good but you absolutely need to try the breadsticks. Some of the best I’ve ever had. This location had super friendly and helpful folks taking and fulfilling orders.

This pizza was amazing.
Wonderful Pizza, salads, bread sticks, and sauces!
My favorite pizza in town. Last one the crust was a bit strange but that was one out of 50. They really load the pizza with toppings, so good!
Very expensive nothing special about this pizza at all… seems really low quality, honestly Papa John’s or Dominos level but 2x/price. Would likely never go back…

Always great service and food.
We love the bread twists, and the salad bar. We always come here when we come to St. George.
First of all, what kind of pizza place closes at 8:30? Just stay open another half hour. Also, if I call at 8:00, someone should answer the phone to take an order. The last few times I’ve tried to order, the phone has rang until around 8:30, and we’ve begun to take our business elsewhere. It’s almost like the staff is hoping you’ll hang up so they don’t have to make a pie, I’ve gone down after 10 minutes of ringing and the place is not busy. Finally, prepare to order extra cheese, they seem to be rationing it across all locations. Very sub par pizza
