First of all, what kind of pizza place closes at 8:30? Just stay open another half hour. Also, if I call at 8:00, someone should answer the phone to take an order. The last few times I’ve tried to order, the phone has rang until around 8:30, and we’ve begun to take our business elsewhere. It’s almost like the staff is hoping you’ll hang up so they don’t have to make a pie, I’ve gone down after 10 minutes of ringing and the place is not busy. Finally, prepare to order extra cheese, they seem to be rationing it across all locations. Very sub par pizza

Great spot. Last decent salad bar in town. Bread twists were super fresh and the girls nehind the counter were so sweet. Very accommodating to my 6 crazy kids. Kid friendly, group friendly. Big booths. Thank you!!

This is not the average Margherita Pizza. Think twice before ordering. We even verified over the phone that it came with olive oil, fresh basil, marinated tomatoes, and with just fresh Mozzarella. This came with shredded cheese, dice tomatoes with no Basil.

Pizza Factory Express in St. George is the perfect spot for a quick and delicious pizza fix! The pizzas are always fresh, with a crispy crust and generous toppings that are packed with flavor. The service is fast and efficient, making it a great choice for a quick bite on the go or a takeout meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Whether you’re grabbing one of their signature pizzas or customizing your own, you can’t go wrong. It’s a reliable spot for pizza lovers, and we always enjoy our meals here. Highly recommend!

Good pizza. Next time want to try the bread on a stick.

Parking: I was the only one there, so plenty of parking.

The little Italian saying (everywhere) were intertaining.

We ordered a gluten-free pizza and I’ve never seen a smaller pizza! 7” it smells like throw up and to pay $9 for that was not okay. I will not return to this place. It’s okay to not offer gluten free if that’s what you are going to provide. Everyone else liked the regular pizza though so you can get that!

Pricy, food just okay, Service was sub standard. Not busy, but had to ask for napkins, parmesian cheese. Spaghetti good, cheesy pesto good but meatballs taste like frozen reheat, bread twists good. We ordered @ 4pm, and items came out 1 at a time. Breadsticks after main dish, with a fork stuck in plate of pasta. No napkins, red peppers or parmesian cheese to top. SMH! Floor dirty, Service unattentive, needs training on customer service. Fast food pizza joint at best. Will not return and can't recommend.

Greeted at the counter and order was shaken effectively. We come hear for the salad bar and breadsticks (yum) disappointed by the lack of salad bar condiments empty as this is usually top priority. Mildly disappointed in this shop. Need to only go to the one in down town at George from now on.Wow I ordered a meat calzone and it came out burnt. What’s going on at this place no manager on duty??? Not sure

Parking: Parking was easy access due to out of down town. If you have a bigger rig to park this is the place. The one down down you will struggle to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: The access in is same level but to get to the restrooms you have two sets of doors and a long wait.

I thought the lunch special was going on but no, so I got it all separate and I thought you get a whole plate but only half of it.
