The restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable, from spotless tables to sparkling glassware. Highly recommend the signature cocktails and seafood dishes. Our first time trying Popeyes, would really like to thank the manager Ronnie on shift when we got our dinner. She was super kind and went above and beyond to help me get a great deal to feed my family. And the food was great too.

Arrived late at night and was met with the most enthusiastic service I’ve received in a long time from any fast food restaurant!

Disgusting, old, overcook, inedible chicken and sides. Expensive to boot. Do not waste your time or money here, clearly management doesn't care.

Popeyes is a place you can't explain. You don't come here for the food. You come for the experience. And what an experience it is. Never in my life have I felt so at home. The employees always have impeccable service, and the food is always exquisite. Ronnie always does a great job. 5/5 will come again

Had the best experience. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the service and food was top notch. I had come in the past and had a rough experience, but decided to give them another try. What a difference. The chicken breast was super juicy and moist and I couldn't be happier. If you tried it in the past and had a rough experience, or haven't had it at all, I'd suggest giving it another go. Best chicken I've had anywhere in months.

Kind of pricey but the biscuit was amazing. The chicken was pretty good. I didn't like the coleslaw but my sister did.

I went through the drive through and they were crazy efficient, super nice guys too, I asked their names and i believe they said Bobby and Juan, (sorry if I got the wrong spelling). Bobby was a cool manager tho cause when I asked how he was doing, he was honest, which I respect like crazy and I would like to see in more fast food chains

Popeye’s on River road is downright filthy. And the employees obviously aren’t assigned any cleaning duties. The garbages were overflowing and all counter spaces were disgustingl. the windows haven’t been cleaned forever and half the drink selections were out of order. Department of Heath needs to make a visit.

20 minute wait with no line in drive thru and no customers inside. Three of the items we tried to order and they were completely out of (Chicken Items, and Deserts). Food was prepared poor and with extreme laziness. Poor management, employees with no sense of pride.

Hire More People!! I've been in this drive through for 45 minutes. I'm stuck, and I'm dying of hunger. Seriously there's nothing fast about this food.
