Came in thus afternoon, we were put on hold in the drive through for about three minutes (nobody was infront of us) then we ordered as normal, I always get no pickles on my sandwhich and they ALWAYS put them on, including this time, again, I thought they were supposed to be doing better :((

Jesse at the front counter took good care of us! The chicken was fresh, hot, and juicy. My fries were hot and crispy, as well. He was happy to get us anything else we needed and was super friendly. Fantastic Customer Service. Excellent food. Great atmosphere and dining experience. Only popeyes I've been to that offers an Arnold Palmer. The Manager is fantastic and he was very cordious and responsible. Awesome experience. Best popeyes in Southern Utah.

The girl sorting my sandwiches was a little overwhelmed, but she made it happen. Cudos to the hardworking staff at this Popeyes (I love the restaurant in general, but I know this location does a great job).
Po was amazing. I Came in for a late order after work and they were nice enough to do spicy for me as they had ran out and didn’t have a problem with the wait time. sadly I was missing an item as I made it home to hurricane. I called about the mistake and they were kind enough to comp a meal for the misunderstanding. Thank you. Shoutout to Emerson & Jesse!

Drive through on Apr 26,2024 at 5:20 pmReally bad service gets salt instead of pepper and didn't give utensils, nankins, bbq sauce and seafood sauce. Drive back to get them. He asked what I missed! Ot any sorry and thank you single word come out. If he unhappy to work shouldn't be here!Food taste terrible looks heat over again and again

Been here three times now and all I can say is every time I am waiting over 20 minutes for my order. When I have placed it online it should be ready when I arrive never is. The restaurant is always filthy dirty trash everywhere. It's quite disgusting that nobody has any customer service skills and the place is dirty. Fortunately for them the food is good but I will never be back. I am tired of waiting over and over.
