JACOB LEE WAS A GREAT PRETZEL MAKER
Get pretzels here and cross over for corn dog
Horrible management
Be aware!
A cockroach was crawling on the glass panel while ordering..
I just walked away.
Always love getting pretzels when I come here! Little wait and so good! Also love the starving student card discount!

Girl at the register with the gauged ear piercings and septum piercing made everything look like a chore. Even if you hate your job you could still act like you like it because at least you're getting paid. I have worked in the pretzel industry before and it is not hard. Especially when you're not even making the pretzels.

We loved both the savory and sweet pretzels that we ordered. The staff needs to be trained better. They seemed too busy to take and make our order.

Very weird experience. The girls making the pretzels were gossiping for a good three minutes while I stood waiting to take my order. Then I ordered three pretzels and the cashier said it would take 5-10 minutes to make them which I was fine waiting. While waiting the two girls making the pretzels continued to gossip for five minutes plusâŠI finally thought maybe if I took my son over to watch how they made the pretzels it would speed them up. Mind you itâs 10:30am on a Thursday morning so weâre the only ones there. Theyâre literally rolling the pretzel over and over again just talking. Finally the cashier went over and said âoh my gosh, you guys are taking forever!â And she ended up making one of the pretzels after 8 plus minutes of waiting. Finally when they were done they took them out of the oven and two of the workers crowded over the pretzels poking them and whispered to one another while looking back at me. They clearly were pretty raw and they were all bubbled up weird. Finally they called my name and I asked if they were cooked okay and the cashier said âyeah I think theyâre okay. They look really weird though.â I didnât end up taking them because I felt like it took forever, the customer service was horrible and I didnât want weird raw pretzels that the two workers were talking over and poking. The wait wasnât what bothered me it was the customer service and the way they knew it was bad but didnât care to make it right.
