There’s always a huge line and only one very young child slowly taking orders. The pretzels are delicious but they don’t fill the cup high like before. And it’s a dollar for a small cup of cheese. I dread coming here and the last time my pretzels were burnt, had no salt on them and they still served themI come back again, they pile the lady in front of mes pretzels while my cup isn’t even full. They handled my food with bare hands and it’s $1 for a cheese. I’d get it if it was extra but a default cheese shouldn’t cost considering it’s $8 for one underfilled cup of pretzels

I ask for a holiday box half and half they gave me all salt, I went and ask for them to fix it and they just put a scoop of cinnamon on half the box and shake it mixing all of them I ask again for. A new one or my money back and they told me it's half cinnamon and half

this red haired kid told me there was a dead body in the back and told me not to tell anyone, i said i won’t tell anyone if he gives me a 50% discount and he gave it to me! amazing customer service!

I have been to pretzelmakers all over and they have all had good ser ice except this one. after I ordered they said it would be 5-10 minutes and after waiting 30 minutes and watching other people get there food I got part of what I asked for. I then had to reorder and pay to get the rest of my food. not only sis I have to repay but it took another 25 minutes for my food to get out to me.

Pretzel bites were great. Service, less so. It looked like they had 12-year-olds working and they displayed very poor levels of customer service. I used a coupon and the child taking my order didn’t understand how to apply it to my transaction and got frustrated when another employee came over to show them how to do it. Besides that, the interaction was fine. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper but you can’t win them all.

Food is very pricey. Staff is okay, it used to be way better over the summer. The whole place was unsanitary including the kitchen which is gross. But the food is very good and they have Mr. Pibb the best drink in the world.
