Normally I don't have any issues but this times experience was a super let down. I put in a take out order and once received, the meals were subpar. Ordered the lobster roll meal and it looked like someone just threw a handful of lobster into a couple of smashed Hawaiian rolls and then threw fries on top to cover it up. Then I ordered the salmon meal which the 2 sides I picked were bigger than the main peice of fish! I understand that prices are going up for supplies during this crazy economy but I also expect to have better quality if I'm gonna pay as much as they charge! Went into this knowing it was more of a splurge meal only to be disappointed by the food that I could've paid half the price for and gotten better meals.

WE GOT THERE AT 630. Got our drinks. Waitress kept saying she would get to our table to take our order and 30 minutes later we ordered. Had to ask for bread several times due to our order being delivered at 745. Order was completely messed up. Our kids ate theirs and we told them to put ours in a to go box we would take it home. They still didn't get our order right. Took waitress another 10-15 minutes for us to just pay. I was frustrated. This was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner. Unless something changes we won't be back and I used to love red lobster.

Recently dined in for nice bowl of piping hot clam chowder. Little pricey but delicious like no other. The serving portions are standard/ but you want more, even though to much could ruiné your appetite for the main course. I know because I've dined in the restaurant 6-7 times. And the 2 cups of soup for a bowl was not enough because it's very deliciousand satisfying. Bay biscuits are always So fresh. I always ask for butter. Because the food is Delish 😋 Service too will make it right when there's an issue.

My husband I went to Red Lobster last night. We were celebrating our 56th anniversary and we were very fortunate to have April wait on us. April gets 10 stars made our evening the beat. She stay upon every need we needed. The food was awesome. The atmosphere was great. We had a great evening. Thank you so much April and thank you Red Lobster.

Visited a lot of Red Lobsters across the US and love coming. I just wish you paid your staff a proper wage to save me having to. This particular location was lacking vibes however, no bar, not many clients when we visited. Sophia served us this evening and we’d have taken her with us along with the leftovers if we could have. She made up for the lacking atmosphere and helped recommend some shrimpy delights.
