Last time we stopped for an Açaí bowl, they were out of bananas. There is a grocery store across the parking lot. However, they couldn't be bothered with going over there to get some. Today, the açaí machine was broken and they could not have cared less if we left. These teenage girls have such an "I don't care" attitude. It will be hard to come back here!

I ordered a smoothie pulled out cash to pay and was told I have to pay with a card. I try to pay cash as much as possible so I didn't have a card with me. On their behalf I was offered my smoothie free which was nice. I didn't see any signage stating the policy. It took a little longer to be waited on. The smoothie was okay not great.

well I knew it was to good to be true to have one in our neighborhood right next to Harmons.. Santa Clara you should score a No star 9:15 in the morning on a Saturday.. not busy asked for one of the most simple bowls.. açaí granola bananas peanut butter .. did I mention there next to a Harmons grocery store.. well here is why I say that.. because we don't have bananas? what.. so if you just opened and don't have bananas then I'm assuming workers knew last night before closing.. as I looked more at the menu I'm seeing lots of banana's in the ingredients .. I guess Harmons doesn't have bananas either? ok well it's the first week .. it's great we have all these things opening but there nobody that wants to work where's the manager on this first weekend? the owners? does anybody care stop opening up these places and not training or hiring people that want to work.. sad I won't be back for awhile and as I do work next door at Harmons I hope nobody asks me for my opinion..

My husband went last Saturday to pick up smoothies around 8pm and they were already closed. The hours listed on the door and online stated they are open 9am-9pm Monday- Saturday, so I’m not sure why they were closed an hour early. We tried calling that same day before 9pm and the next day and nobody answered the phones either. Very disappointing.
