I come to this location regularly but the staff working today were quite rude, while waiting for our drinks to be made the employees were sitting on the iPad discussing their schedule for the next week when there were drink orders waiting to be made. I ordered a coffee creama which is typically my favorite but the foam on it tasted horrible and that’s normally the best part.

The only con is whatever cleaning products they use to clean this place will DRIVE YOU OUT OF THE STORE. The smell was so strong. But you have to appreciate the cleanliness!

Please, when you hire people, make sure they’re trained. We had to wait for 30min for 2 drinks and they were tasting absolutely awful. Very disappointed.

My drink was delicious. I don't drink tea but they had an option to replace the tea with water and it still tasted amazing!! Staff was very kind and helpful and was so kind when my card kept declining.

Staff were very welcoming 30mins before closing time. I would recommend their milk teas and even fruit teas. I can't wait to try the others offered on the menu. This shop is the closest you can get to authentic Boba from Taiwan! 'Til next time! SALAMAT ?
I’m very disappointed that there isn’t alternative milks available. The staff were being pretty rude. Tbh service would be in the negatives if I had the choice. While they had a baby in the back walking around grabbing product etc. I don’t recommend this place.
