I come to this location regularly but the staff working today were quite rude, while waiting for our drinks to be made the employees were sitting on the iPad discussing their schedule for the next week when there were drink orders waiting to be made. I ordered a coffee creama which is typically my favorite but the foam on it tasted horrible and that’s normally the best part.

The only con is whatever cleaning products they use to clean this place will DRIVE YOU OUT OF THE STORE. The smell was so strong. But you have to appreciate the cleanliness!
Please, when you hire people, make sure they’re trained. We had to wait for 30min for 2 drinks and they were tasting absolutely awful. Very disappointed.

My drink was delicious. I don't drink tea but they had an option to replace the tea with water and it still tasted amazing!! Staff was very kind and helpful and was so kind when my card kept declining.
