Good food and drinks, very nice staff 👍

We were pleasantly greeted by Dave and our dining experience was excellent at Silver reef brewing! We enjoyed a lovely glass of Terra 5047 chardonnay and a cold Hefeweizen beer with their generous pork belly bites for our appetizer. For lunch we chose the fish and chips and the baby back ribs,both were superb! We definately will be back with our friends.Be sure and stop by their liquor store before you leave to purchase their home made wine,vodka,gin,bourban, and brandy.The service was excellent and we felt very welcome.

I absolutely love this brewery! The food, the beers, and the customer service are all fantastic, plus the prices can't be beat. The Double IPA and the pork belly were definitely the highlights of my trip! We even took home a bunch of beer on our second day. I can't wait to go back, especially if we plan our trip around that area again. Big thanks to my partner for discovering this gem! 😊

Stopped by the brewery while traveling through St George on our way home from Lake Powell. The beer list is extensive - something for everyone. The food is very good, and Katt (our server) is delightful.

Good locally brewed beers with an excellent kitchen!!

Absolutely perfect brewery with surprisingly good food and kind service. Staying in Springdale but the drive was worth it. All types of beer from Pilsner and Kolsch to Rauschbier and Porter. IPAs were way better than I expected, easily stands up to the best micros today. And a Nitro IPA…I’m hooked. All that and service was the star of the show. Katt - Thanks for the great time!

Great food, great beer. Our server, Katt, was super sweet. Shift manager guy was off putting, he put up chairs and closed the liquor store like 20min before the restaurant was closed while people were still waiting for food. Not a great look and lost a couple sales for sure. We’ll still be back - I guess earlier next time.

We will no longer be visiting this restaurant. Management has lost their minds. It is sad to see that many employees have left. We only went there because of one employee and her amazing serves. I can pick up the beer at a store and good food can be found anywhere. The food is starting to lack.... taking the hot honey off the peperoni pizza...why?? It made the pizza. This place only cares about money not the customer. I can not understand why they keep someone in management when she is the reason everyone is quitting... for a place owned by a hotel in Vegas you'd think they'd know what they are doing. I hope this place learns how to treat their customers and employees better. So sad its gone to complete trash.

We used to love coming here for date night, but unfortunately, since TY doesn't work there anymore, the service has completely gone downhill. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes and waited over an hour and finally decided to leave.
