This is the first and only bad review i have ever left. Another first experience was trying ramen I didn't enjoy. Mine was fine, but my daughter ordered the basil ramen, and it was truly disgusting. 2 bites had been taken of this ramen, and I asked to exchange it with a different ramen. I was told I had to order and pay for a new one, because quote: "we can't like, re-use this one, ya know?". I paid $40 for both bowls of uneaten ramen and some half eaten edemame, and left.

The theme: delicious and disastrous. The food was worth the wait but was disappointed with the level of service. It was shawtty at best, (not even the good kind). Spicier on Saturdays btw. Also, idn’t love the soy sauce shower. And yes, that was a euphemism.

My family and I came here in October for ramen dinner and basic California rolls for the kids. It took a few minutes to get set up with menus etc. The server, Christian, was so off. I knew we would have an issue when he was taking silverware/napkins away and taking our order wrong and repeating it back wrong. I understand people have off days and make mistakes but I felt like I was in the twilight zone with hidden cameras after this.

The kids Cali rolls came out from next door sushi (they share the same kitchen) and the rolls were lacking ingredients and rolled to have breakage. Then the ramen bowls came except for my husbands. We waited another 15 minutes thinking it would arrive soon but never showed up. We told a server the issue and then Christian came back and said they were still making it. Funny thing is we saw a couple tables after us looking around wondering what’s going on with their orders from Christian and one guy got my husbands bowl of ramen. They even left before my husband had to wait another 15 mins for his ramen to show up. I told Christian that something is wrong and I would really like for him to take that bowl off of our order since we are all finished and waiting for my husband’s bowl but it’s already time to go.

The manager lady (from Las Vegas whose husband is the chef) came to our table to discuss the problem. She went ahead and took the Ramen bowl off of the bill. She was understanding and said Christian most likely gave the other table my husband’s bowl of Ramen. She tried to make it right with giving us a complementary mochi dessert. Thank you for making it right.

However, I do not recommend Christian as your server. I don’t think we will be coming here again. I am really hesitant to even try the sushi place next-door especially after seeing how they can’t even make a basic roll and the service was so frustrating to deal with especially with kids and a starving husband.

I do not recommend.

The food is spicy, but not something that I can’t handle mentioning this for the benefit of others especially the Ramen bowl. Everything’s great. I loved it.

The ramen is yummy, the pork is delicious, the noodles are good, broth flavor is good. HOWEVER, if you’re sensitive to spice order it with NONE. My husband and I love spicy food but I wasn’t feeling good and just wanted noodles and broth so I ordered it medium like I normally would when I feel sick and I do not think I can even finish my order.

a great bowl of ramen in a city otherwise lacking in good asian food. the atmosphere is definitely more for younger college-age adults and the service is quick. food arrived quickly and was nice and hot!

This place is amazing!! We went on a Sunday afternoon and were the only people there. Our server was super friendly. It's about 10-13 dollars for an order of ramen, that comes with broth, noodles, meat, mushrooms, and eggs. It was so delicious, and a pretty big serving. clean tables, fast service, and delicious gyoza too!

I ordered tonkotsu ramen and a California roll to go. While the flavors were on point, the ramen was too spicy. I ordered it mild and now I’m sitting here sweating as I try to eat it. I’m sticking with four stars overall based on the flavor and friendly service, but buyer beware: If you only like a little bit of heat like me, order your ramen with no spice.

We had a gift card that was quite old and even though they had a new system and it didn't recognize the gift card, they honored it anyway. Very fast and friendly service! Yummy food!

I’m so glad I made a last minute decision to come dine here. I was at a different restaurant across the street, and after being told to sit down and wait even though there were so many servers and empty spots :”))), I decided to google ramen spots near me and found this place (I was just hungry, no hate to the previous place)

Service:
- We were seated immediately
- Servers were amazing and friendly, and it was so refreshing to see these two servers helping each other out and not in it for themselves and the tips.

Food:
- The mild black garlic tonkotsu was ?‍???
- The broth was garlicky and the spice was just nice and did not overpower the taste of the original broth (but I was told they had the “spicy chef” today so it might have been spicier than mild)
- So far the best ramen I’ve had during my 4-month stay in the US.
- The chashu is not made the traditional way, which isn’t a big issue to me, though I would have preferred it softer like how it’s traditionally done. It was kind of like bacon? ?

I think it was 12.99 or 13.99 for the black garlic tonkotsu, which is a very reasonable price. Overall, would highly recommend!

The shrimp tempura was extremely greedy and smelled funny ...the 2 young ladies were more involved with their own conversation than with realizing we were leaving ...
