This gas station has switched to Exxon (from Speedway). Speedway rewards are no longer honored. As of June 11, 2025 they still sell Slurpees, but I'm guessing that will change soon.

I came here yesterday to get my free SLURPee every Friday in February you can get a free Slurpee at all 7-Eleven’s and Speedway gas stations not many flavors to choose from it sucks because this is the only place in St. George to get a free SLURPee there’s only one other place in all of Washington County Utah, where you can get a free Slurpee and that is 711 in Hurricane the only places in general where you can get Slurpee‘s

I was passing through during my travels, I was stopping in to get gas and roadtrip snacks and use the ladies room. Sam was so very helpful. I was tired and frustrated with driving and she lightened up my mood and put a big smile on my face. The great customer service was a plus too. Thank you Sam!

Right as I entered speedway I was greeted by a kind and polite worker named Sam. She made me feel comfortable and gave me the correct prices over the phone. Would highly recommend going here!

I'm 46. They insisted to scan my ID. I told them my date of birth. Tried to show them. They refused to sell me beer without scanning. This has happened other places before. I gave them my wife's ID to scan. That passes for your confirmation of age. That's great They didnt look at mine. . They scanned my wife's for the confirmation 👍 😅 🤣 🙄 😂 😐. That's a great way to verify a person's age. Seriously what's the point. I have done this several times , to different places. It's never been called out. Check the BS scanning and take a few seconds, confirming the person and age. WTH ? ! Or stop scanning. WTH ? !

I usually like this place, but recently they havent been open during posted business hours. Came by a little before 7am and the doors were locked. Same thing happened last time I tried to go inside here.

Nothing like racing on a crappy bike with a bad leg. When it says open tell 12:00 and on the window it 6-11. And even if I had made by 11:00 their was a sain that said we closed early, sorry for the inconvenience. Dubble bad.

Rude employee, I asked a simple question about a promo they had advertised for a drink and candy combo (and yes I have a rewards card) and the person helping us quickly cut me off saying “I don’t know what you’re talking about” so I pointed to the sign and they still said I don’t know what you’re asking like I was the idiot, then my daughter innocently dropped a piece of paper behind me but before she even had the chance to pick it up the same employee actually yelled at her saying “hey pick that up! don’t throw trash around my store, really?!” it was truly the weirdest and worst experience at any gas station I’ve ever experienced. This is why I go to Maverick and I will for sure skip any speedway from now on.

We've been real disappointed with Speedway. We stopped in for gas and a car wash in April and the car wash malfunctioned and the wash arm took off our mirror. They have cameras of me going in the car wash fine and coming out with the mirror knocked off and pulling around to the front to go talk with the employees, but will not give us any resolution. I must say, the local store employee's have been very kind and supportive towards helping us. They took pictures, notified corporate and gave us the number to file a claim. I was told I was the third person that had happen to recently and so it sounds like a known problem. Corporate told us they had to investigate, which totally understandable, but how long does it take to watch the video and talk with the employees who were on that day? The investigator assigned to our case will not answer his phone or return my calls. It's super frustrating as we drive around with the mirror taped to the car trying not to let further damage occur while they do not communicate or do anything to help. I guess their strategy here is to wait it out and hope we will just go away. I am a realtor and my car is my office, so 6 weeks after with still no response after several calls and messages kind of says it all. Beware. Hopefully I will be able to get it fixed eventually.

Stopped this morning for gas on my road trip. Their pump would not authorize my credit card due to "concerns with fraud" is said. Told me to go inside. When I tried they were not open for 15 more minutes and the clerk inside would just put 6 fingers up. When you are already on a time crunch those 15 minutes tell me they do not want my business.

I have enjoyed getting to know Naomi. She is very friendly and helpful. I miss her when she is not there when I stop at 6 am.Danny is a great addition to the team. Cheri is always there with a greating and a smile to start the day. I have recently moved to St. George and they have madde it feel like home and a great place to stop for my morning diet coke.
