Update: the manager emailed me apologizing for the mishap and said that she would make sure it doesn’t happen again. She fixed the situation with her generous apology.

I called to put in a take out order and told the girl that I wanted to pickup in 30 min. She said oh it’s too late for that it will be ready in 5 min. There was no way I could make it there in 5 min. So I had to eat cold food because they had no way of waiting to put the order in. When I walked in to pickup I was ignored for 5 min and then a different worker came and helped me. Crazy experience.

You will not leave hungry, unless you are doing takeout!

The last few times I've eaten here have been disappointing. Including being served meat obviously in the fridge overnight. I'm done with this place. Really has gone downhill.

We ordered the stuffed blackberry French toast and the Bigfoot chicken fried steak with eggs. We arrived at around 8:30 a.m., and the diner wasn’t busy at all.

Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. After placing our order, the food arrived in about five minutes or less—which immediately raised red flags. When it was served, most of it wasn’t even warm. The only item that was somewhat warm was the chicken fried steak, but the eggs, bacon, and hash browns were all cold.

The hash browns were especially terrible—they were more like mashed potatoes than actual hash browns.

It really seems like the cooks are preparing the food ahead of time to avoid getting behind on orders. While I understand the intent, this practice results in poor-quality, cold food. It’s simply not fair for customers to pay for breakfast and receive something this subpar.

The only positive note was the server, who was polite and friendly. However, even great service can’t make up for food this bad.

Disappointing. Average fare at best. Was enticed by a billboard and got there to find they didn’t even have that on the menu. Made a big deal on menu about lemonade and the Arnold Palmer was lame. Little to no seasoning, bland. No attention to detail or making dishes special or appetizing. Just crank it out and sling it asap. Few healthy options. Lots of stunningly high calorie junk. No wifi. Server was prompt and friendly. Price was okay.
